friends friends one second please
yobit can be a bad company
but I had problems for the first time in 2 years.
bitcoin deposit and advcash
I use it for him.
I had no problem withdrawing money until that day.
the only problems are the poor customer service
I made btc
10 days btc stood inside
then suddenly disappeared
not in my wallet
I have no history
no investbox
yobicode not
no withdrawal
no place

It doesn't matter how many times you ran into problems using Yobit, the result is still that they pulled off a shady cheat. If there are no records of anything, and the funds vanished, it's safe to say that Yobit either purposely wiped out your balance, or there is a bug on their end being responsible for this.

Another possibility is that you invested in an altcoin and Yobit delisted it without you knowing, which usually means that it wipes out everything related to that specific altcoin and there is no way to get it back.

if i made a subcoin investment yobit you can see it
I want him to check my account so he can prove it to me.
but there is no proof
1 bitcoin from my wallet was lost

Seems you have been waiting for a long time, haven't you tried to contact Yobit on this forum? This is their profile link and last time they were active was 28 February: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/yobit-406594
You could try opening accusation thread here but they rarely login on bitcointalk, well, try to PM him. Also still tey and send emails, at least if nothing, you tried your best.
But please don't you know that exchange that lists dead coins won't be good? Nothing to talk about some research around it.

You will have very tough luck trying to regain those coins, there are so many complaints about Yobit and those complaints are not yet resolved until this time, in the first place do you know the reputation of Yobit, they are so notorious, that people should not even think of trading there.

Dig up your old deposit/withdrawal history if you can, and include the txids of your deposits/withdrawals.

Without proof, I doubt that yobit support will bat an eye at this case, though they're likely not going to respond in any helpful way even if you do have proof. Just saying that the amount vanished from your account is simply not enough to hold them accountable.

Also, make your case clearer - did you have your funds in investbox, or did you have it in your BTC balance when it disappeared?

Just so that you know in the future though, this kind of scam doesn't come as a surprise to anyone. The whole InvestBox concept is extremely sketchy, since it's basically offering ponzi-like returns. And yobit is renowned for their support, in a negative way.

If you are going to invest around almost 1 BTC on an exchange to trade, you should have given at least a little bit of effort to know more about the exchange. Just a "YoBit Scam" google would have given you enough reasons to give a second thought about the exchange. Unfortunately, YoBit has the shittiest customer support. So good luck trying to contact them and getting a valid response. Chance are you lost (read got scammed) your coins forever.  Sad

First, the mistake you have done is on why you have considered yobit exchange to put up your money?

You didnt make any research first before putting up money because if you did try to look up for some info about them

then you will surely not proceed on.Regarding on your issue, you are already on the waiting game because yobit

support doesnt answer or rarely answer tickets or queries.

there are many complaints about them, obviously, they are fraudsters. here should be taken as soon as something to remove this scam.

There have been so many complaints about Yobit, and that for years now, that people have to ask themselves who scams who here. If you send funds to an exchange that's super shady, you're playing Russian roulette with your funds, period.

Sure, it sucks hard that OP lost money, but come on, it's known that exchanges like Yobit thrive on people they keep ignoring in the hope that they finally drop their case and accept their loss. They do this to tens of thousands of people, where most of the amounts concerned are too insignificant for people to publicly complain about, so the number of victims is orders of magnitude higher than the number of complains on internet.

They have something they call "Investbox" where it is possible to make money without doing anything. Unreal percent of profit and attracts greed to "easy" money. That will always be.

I very much doubt Yobit's going to respond to any scam accusations put against them as the account representing YoBit seems to only be posting for announcements related to the site judging by the account's post history. As others around here have already said, YoBit's known around here for bad reasons. The site support's extremely sluggish and we can't do much for you here.

The sooner YoBit's gone, the better, but the exchange seems to survive predating on newer people to cryptocurrency that aren't aware of the exchange's bad reputation. YoBit was bad when I started trading in early 2015 and they are still a bad exchange.

As @TryNinja gives some related thread about yobit I have some suggestions for you. First, if you come to this forum don't hesitate to explore this forum because it will give a lot of new knowledge/an understanding for you about cryptocurrency either about an exchange (include legit exchange and scams exchange) and another information related to cryptocurrency.

Second, when I saw you history post you make thread or a comment on your local board although in the beggining you made this account you wrote one thread on economy section, I could say it is not prohibited but you will have s little knowledge about cryptocurrency which can prove as you have been feeling now.

Third, you have to find some information about an exchange before you make deposit, to find reputable exchange we can't look at the oldest an exchange side, it isn't guarantee. There are some new exchange who has trusted from many users such as binance and other which can you used. I will be hard to believe that your bitcoin will send back by yobit teams since there are many people who has been feeling like you.

Did you ever receive a deposit on your Yobit BTC address? If yes, did you make any order to buy any altcoin or you just plan to run BTC investment on his investbox?

Yobit is probably the shadiest exchange operating right now.

A quick search show this:

The only thing you can do is keep trying to get an answer from them. They have no reputation to maintain, so you can only hope they have the good faith to help you out.
