i haven't had any problems with bitcoin deposits and bitcoin withdrawals only.

Something is going on.

So far the problems seems to affect only "small coins". The big ones seems unaffected.

I'm the community manager of Francs FRN. Which is currently "under maintenance". We have a miner who reported that his 3K withdraw were stuck even before the maintenance status. And that the withdrawer adress was actually the same adress that put a big sell order of approx 40% of the actual mined coins.

Haven't verified his claim yet, but if true this is huge.

Another miner reported that his balance suddenly showed 0. He tought this was just a hack. But put in perspective it adds even more fuel to the fire.

I highly suspect this exchange to be turning into full scam. Including direct steal of coins into user's accounts.

I will put back my accusation once the FRN wallet will be operational again. We want to be able to withdraw.

I would like to deposit into Yobit account but with all the stuff on this thread it is a little concerning. I don't want to lose my btc so I am asking if it is safe to deposit with them  Huh

i haven't had any problems with bitcoin deposits and bitcoin withdrawals only. never tried with any of the altcoins there. also i have to say that my amounts were all small like around 0.05BTC a little more or less.

but there is an increasingly amount of unsatisfied users with pending withdrawals and lost deposits and worst of all as you can see in this topic they don't answer.

so my suggestion is to stay away and use other exchangers as long as you can.

There is an increasing number of complaints about YOBIT.


Where is the support? As we see in many threads here now, they dont respond at all.
Are they even there?

Like their EGC wallet.

"Maintainance" since last week.
Even the EGC dev has sent them a message .. no response.

And now EGC price  is forked away from Bittrex....and you cannot send or withdraw EGC to yobit.


Anyone left `controlling the ship?

I also have problem with yobit my coin is still not showing wallet have delayed status issue its been 2 days now, the previous coin that I have stuck from yobit wallet and doesn't appear anymore, now giving yobit a chance it happens again, I don't know what are the plan about this wallet maintenance but maybe it help us all here in the community if this yobit owner only post here in this thread about the ongoing problem.

Maybe they are just halving a vacation thats why there's still no responce from the support.. maybe sooner or wait for some days.. its come again..

With all the replies in your thread, have you not learned one thing? The support isn't coming. Even if you post in all the threads here about YoBit, they will not answer your ticket unless they hire a new support and answer the million pending tickets they have.

for a fairness with yobit after 3 days finally got my adz coin shows up from my wallet, and the wallet statusis now up and running, it just an alarming to all of us who had stuck deposits and withdrawal transaction how yobit will give us info before the transaction has been made, give some error or notify the customers that wallet is unavailable so we will not continue the process, even it takes a long time at least I recover my coins thanks yobit.

I don't think it is my connection problem. But sometimes when I'm buying coins, it takes no effect for awhile and my BTC and the coin I'm buying remains same at balance, but after a few clicks, it bought more than I was going to buy.

Is this gonna get fixed?

Is this the end of yobit? I send a ticket about the Gulden wallet that is not oke on 2016-04-25 22:14 but it is still not read

Its not an end, but from the time I've joined yobit. The issue is same, they do not respond to everyone or every issue. They either do not care or too busy to care.

support is an important matter tho

Everyone knows the support is an important matter, but what can we do when we're stuck somewhere?

They just put support tabs, but do not bother to respond.

I'm with yobit for a long time, more than an year. Support has responded everytime, pretty fast.

Deposits / Withdrawals worked like clock.

I've started to increasing my volumes.
Deposited on the exchange many alt-coins: Est. equivalent: 5.38 BTC, - and this is all in alt-coins.

And once....

But my BTC balance pictured as: 0.0495 BTC

0.0663 + 0.01 - 0.0494 = 0.0269 BTC - lost.

My ask BTA/BTC - disappeared, however from log-history clearly visible, that it was not completed.

I've created a ticket: "BTA/BTC Unknown behavior" ( 2016-04-07 10:37:54 ), described the problem.

On the next day, my balance increased with 0.04 BTC, from nowhere.
I've updated my ticket. No any answer.

I've decided that this was a bonus, to stop me from shouting in the ticket-system.

However, after that, another two of my asks had completed:

And my balance again showed me only: 0.117 BTC.

Looks like exactly previous 0.04 BTC - which was my gleeful, subtracted from my fair deals.

I've created another one ticket: "Lost 0.04 BTC" ( 2016-04-17 18:38:36 ).

First was 7th of April, second - 17th, no one was answered still.

My 0.0269 BTC from first incident was not refunded still.

I've decided, god blessed you, latter will answer, seems they are overloaded, and I've started making new deposits and placing its into asks.

In parallel, I've gathered faucets on the "FreeCoins" tab, fairly answering on every captcha. Moreover, I've created my own faucets:

In the top, in last 10th: CLOAK, CREVA, NKT, FONZ, NKA, OZC - this are mine faucets.
And all of its are unique. There was no such coins before me and volumes was not such funny, like 0.0000 0001, my faucet was like: 1 coin or at least 0.00001 coin.

Today, there are only CLOAK and CREVA, this means, 1,000 of users were clicked on my faucets, because there was "paid once".
Or yobit had takeovered this faucets...

On the next day, all of my deposits was completed on the bittrex side, however, only half of its received by yobit's system.
I've placed everything on the market in asks and habitually went to clicking on faucets buttons on the "FreeCoins" tab.

Around 50th faucet, on the second captcha, my browser had reloaded and in the top-left corner of exchange, with red-color, I was informed:

Your account is freezed.
Access to some actions is limited.



Apparently, kind of security-algorithm was handled, and had decided that I've used kind of scripts.

Okey, there is easily can be a bug in automation. But what should I do?

Five days left, I'm not receiving any answer on any of my tickets and I'm not receiving my 0.0269 BTC.

But worse than that, all of my deposits are slowly completing, but I even can not place its to the markets.

In this way, half of my 5.38 BTC in alt-coins - simply hanging on my balance in "available" and does not trying to give me any profit.

We got up boilers.

Who can help?
How to contact with yobit and solve this problem?
If tickets are not responsible for almost a month.

Maybe it's the end of the exchange? mtgox & cryptsy - style?

-If any of developer can take over this coin instead of making stupid scam coins, Eurocoin is a very good name on that coin.
-DEV aren't here and supporting the coin and project. DEV coin is dead.
-I VERY like to love Eurocoin - EUC. Unfortunately I don't have the time for it and also not the IT experience. However I would be supporting it as well as giving it a trust support once someone is willing to takeover. I'm only here to help with everything, if community decide to take over and Eurocoin coin. I only don't want to this great project fails./.

Personally I've never had any issues depositing or withdrawing either btc or altcoins from Yobit. My guess would be user error in most cases and people simply jumping to the conclusion that it must be Yobits fault.
