I have 500 EGC stuck in withdrawal as test.
Also sent 500EGC from to yobitwallet, never arrived.  (wallet out of sync)

This fix should be easy... but the lack of response on ALL parts of yobit makes me think there's simply no one there.
Only automated processes are working.

Tonight there hasnt even been a chat mod.

And right now spanish is dominating.....

i got withdrawal stuck on "in process" status for 2 days now and its no small coins, its btc n des, and i dont want to try anymore coz i tested it with another working wallet and again it stuck "in process" status, dont want to call them scam, but yes its worrying coz no words at all. i even try to chat blacksmith when hes online(i know hes online because there was an alert that he banned someone on chat) and no answer

Something is going on. A lot of altcoins seems to be affected.

I'm the community manager of Francs FRN. Which is currently "under maintenance". We have a miner who reported that his 3K withdraw were stuck even before the maintenance status. And that the withdrawer adress was actually the same adress that put a big sell order of approx 40% of the actual mined coins.

Haven't verified his claim yet, but if true this is huge.

Another miner reported that his balance suddenly showed 0. He tought this was just a hack. But put in perspective it adds even more fuel to the fire.

I highly suspect this exchange to be turning into full scam. Including direct steal of coins into user's accounts.

I will put back my accusation once the FRN wallet will be operational again. We want to be able to withdraw.

why are there no answers to emails to support?

i haven't had any problems with bitcoin deposits and bitcoin withdrawals only. never tried with any of the altcoins there. also i have to say that my amounts were all small like around 0.05BTC a little more or less.

but there is an increasingly amount of unsatisfied users with pending withdrawals and lost deposits and worst of all as you can see in this topic they don't answer.

so my suggestion is to stay away and use other exchangers as long as you can.

There is an increasing number of complaints about YOBIT.


Where is the support? As we see in many threads here now, they dont respond at all.
Are they even there?

Like their EGC wallet.

"Maintainance" since last week.
Even the EGC dev has sent them a message .. no response.

And now EGC price  is forked away from Bittrex....and you cannot send or withdraw EGC to yobit.


Anyone left `controlling the ship?


(simple customer service advice:  Just answer.. any answer is better than no anwer)

Maybe they are just halving a vacation thats why there's still no responce from the support.. maybe sooner or wait for some days.. its come again..

Great site for altcoin trading, i'm using past 4 months there no single issue i find there.

With all the replies in your thread, have you not learned one thing? The support isn't coming. Even if you post in all the threads here about YoBit, they will not answer your ticket unless they hire a new support and answer the million pending tickets they have.

for a fairness with yobit after 3 days finally got my adz coin shows up from my wallet, and the wallet statusis now up and running, it just an alarming to all of us who had stuck deposits and withdrawal transaction how yobit will give us info before the transaction has been made, give some error or notify the customers that wallet is unavailable so we will not continue the process, even it takes a long time at least I recover my coins thanks yobit.
