Do you use tor?
If you do that may be why you can't register.
well no. but something about my IP address is making all sort of sites to bring up the cloudflare protection captcha on me. so that might be it.
That might be it because they are afraid of abusers who make accounts to claim free coins or join signature campaign with multiple accounts.
