Most unprofessional exchange I've used:

tried to login to my account (password isn't correct although it is correct), tried to recover password no result, tried to do a password forgot (again without result??)

is anyone else having this problem?

No but let me add to that that they sill owe me 0.1 btc from a withdrawal that didn't happen.

These guys don't even bother to answer tickets anymore.

My I suggest you keep an eye on the Trollbox in Yobit, the owner is Blacksmith and hopefully he will help you if you post request there and he is online.

If i were you i should take a ticket at the site of yobit and sent your message that way to the admin of yobit.
I have done this so a few days ago and within 24 hours i got a mail and my problem was solved.
You can also try to use the chat at yobit and when an admin comes online you tell about your problem in the chat;
Blacksmith is a good admin.
The admin 's name is colored blue in the chatbox. Of us is grey as members.
I hope to have helped you a little bit this way.

There is nothing wrong, there just is no buy orders.
That means no body is willing to buy your coins so that is why your order is pending.
You can wait for it to fill (someone to buy your coins) or cancel it.

It is a scam coin.

If nobody wants to buy it then there is no way tot sell it.
There is 900 000 000 EPC coins waiting for sale at 1 satoshi price so it doesn't seems like anyone is buying it.

I know many people satisfied with the service, including me. But as someone that has to hear complaints from my community I need this resolved. Could be holiday and that is fine, but a response to support tickets would help.  Cool

hexxcoin also faced big problems with yobit.

we did a source updates and much more work to get rid of the problem.
i dont know if yobit fixed their end, they have small bug there that sometimes makes things go wrong with coins that have not so perfect code.

but for so far now we have been online without any problems first time ever!

A 24 hour service should have 24 hour customer service or at least answering support emails within 48hrs.
