What's wrong with yoibit. I got tickets 1 month old and not once did i get a replyl

Right now all my coins are out of them and I will never use them again. They messed up big time to me.

I had a problem yesteday with my wallet at yobit and they solved it within a day.
I have also posted a ticket and a post here with my ask for help.
If i can perhaps help you, i have also been trying to connect someone from yobit at the chat of yobit.
Some people over there and here recommended me that.
At the chatbox of yobit you can see if the admin is online. His name appears in blue. For us members is it grey.
There you can contact the admin to help you.
It can perhaps take a few hours before an admin comes online, but you have to be patient.
Until now i'm very glad with the service of yobit.
Hope i could help you a little bit and good luck.
At the chat, members said to me that "blacksmith" is a good admin.

my account freezed cause i got hacked my 5k yovi is gone  Sad how to enable my account again?

I have the same problem.

Your account is freezed
I get this red message above at yobit exchange. I CLICKED by accident on the red button to freeze my account, but can't undo it by myself.

How can i solve that.
Sent a message to yobit but got no answer yet.

On 10/23 I submitted a premium request with 0.1 BTC to have casinocoin added. This was never completed. I've tried contacting Yobit via their web contact form, pm's on BTCT, and via the website chat. All with no response.

At this point, we do not want CSC on Yobit and I have requested that they return the 0.1 BTC. However, I'm not holding my breath. These guys seem to be running a really shady operation. If you send them money with an add coin request, you should expect to lose it and get nothing in return.

I'll post if they return the funds, but this is the point that we're at right now.


****** UPDATE:

Another member showed me how to activate the yobicode and get the refund back. It turns out they hadn't cashed it. So I was able to get the money back.

Yesterday i send an amount of EMERCOIN (EMC) to a wallet adress i generated at YOBIT.
Today i see the coins didn't arrive in my wallet at YOBIT, but are gone in my wallet on my computer.
However is see now on the link for deposit :
"Wallet status: Maintenance"
What does that mean?
Is there still a chance that my coins will come in my wallet at YOBIT or are they lost forever?
