I submitted a premium submission with 0.1 BTC to have Casinocoin added to Yobit more than a week ago. The coin still has not been added, nobody has contacted me, and I have received no response to attempts to contact the Yobit administrator.

Has anyone else had these problems with Yobit? I would like to have the coin added or have my 0.1 refunded if they can't add the coin for some reason.

Over two weeks and here's my experience trying to get CSC added with a premium submission:

1. they did not add the coin
2. they did not respond to multiple contact requests
3. they did not respond to pm's
4. I failed to locate an admin in the chat at least 6 times. Other suggested talking to blacksmith or warden. Yet these two never seem to be available.
5. they did not return the 0.1 BTC submitted with the add coin request

So take it as you will. I cannot recommend this exchange if this is how it's run. At this point, I'm actually happy Yobit hasn't listed Casinocoin. I don't think casinocoin traders would have a good experience with this exchange from what I have seen thus far.

Can you please advise why the Bata wallets are under maintenance? There has been no changes to the source, nor wallet. No other exchange or user has any issues. No one has contacted me from Yobit.net to date.

No Bata can be deposited or withdrawn.

Try to find an admin in the yobit chatbox (blacksmith) else keep sending every day/ 2 days a message to the support.
The best way to contact them is via the chatbox for the moment...


Thanks for the advice - Chat box is not really available to me at the moment as I have no BTC balance on Yobit ( you can't chat unless you have a balance )

For the record I have yet to receive any contact from Yobit representative of any sort.

After I accumulate few coins, my account (user name: nagatraju) was freezed. Also my withdrawals are stopped (still 'in process', even after couple of weeks). Can OP solve this problem?

Hi, we paid for a 2 day coin addition for MUE.
That was 5 days ago.
Please add asap, or refund to the address in my sig.
If you do plan on adding, then it would perhaps make sense to edit your page to reflect the "actual" time it takes you to add a coin.

Is this exchange secure?
I am not too much experienced with trading but I tried it with a little amount of few altcoins.

I noticed that sometimes you cannot sell your altcoins, it happened to me with hifail (hifun) which I was obliged to transfer my coins to another exchanger and now i cannot sell my EPC & PND..
I already posted here in a previous post about my problem and didn't get any help.
