I have exactly the same problem. I sent the Golem(GNT) tokens to Yobit 35 hours ago. Etherscan showed that the transaction was successful, but the balance is empty. Support is not responding

Have you managed to get a response for support yet. I too put ecash in from Etherdelta to yobit. and the transaction has definitely gone through and is in the wallet. However yobit not showing it on site. been 8 hours now. no response from support either. i dont think theyve deliberately done it (i hope). I think its just coding error and they just need to fix it but need them to respond whilst price of ecash is still high.
There is no official exchange theme here.

Since the main yobit thread got locked and I do like keeping track of things I'll join this one seems like it's still failing as usual can even see their tweets about upgrading the server ha-ha if it does eventually work though would be interested to see as the super % outbreaks concentrate there in mini cap coins to bad you can't cash out just being Goxed.

It´s been so long being a shitty exchange, now I definetly see of users that have problems, funds stuck, wallets not working and 0 support attention for a while.

I cannit call them a scam, legally. They're just incredibly slow, with non-existing support. Exotic coins, forks, casino - all this crazy stuff, that's about Yobit.
They simple abandon coins with low volume, meanwhile they could simple delist all the crap and earn points with new investors building a better support, but they simple arent interested on that. All that pony, investibox and btc-forks stuff shows what are they interested on. Its sad to be honest, but at their side seems to be profitable af.
Without that what would pumpers use for their glorious pump'n'dumps? Top10 currencies are a hard nut to crack for them.

Yobit is well known with their shitty support and most of problem they will removed your support ticket and never answer your question, yet for withdraw and deposit I never find any problem with them, it was going smoothly.
