I think it's not nice to call someone a scammer just cause u wait more then 6 hours for withdraw. Personally I never had problems with them, yes they are slow sometimes but that is all. I like yobit more then some other trade sites, I'm sure everything will be good.

AND HOW ABOUT 3DAYS ? U SAY WAIT 6HRS ?! THINK WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT 3DAYS WAITING ?! CIRCKERS !

Yobit finally got tired of me.  Grin Grin Grin They were ignoring my support tickets so I decided to make sure they see them. So I wrote a little script that created 400 new support tickets and sent all the admin users 100 PM messages each :-)  Now they blocked my account.   Cool Cool Cool  Lets hope they blocked it to try and sort out my deposit issue.
You are my hero Sr., keep going.

and people wonder why they have a poor attitude towards support now....   Im pretty sure you by doing that forefit everything in your account for being malicious.

I am still getting my online wallet WD/deposits going through fine.

TBH most of the issues I see is user error, impatience, or people not researching the status of the wallets before acting. (making sure blockheight matches, is online, etc)

Now;  I will fully agree:  they have many things they need to fix and work on;  but a LOT of the issues, stem from the above mentioned items.... but if the proper precautions and research is done before investing like I do;  you won't have problems unless its a fluke instance.

FYI; the ad on my username just is because they pay me to put it there.  If you wanna assume anything about that past it;  that's your problem....  but signature campaigns are a real thing;  and I earn more from my SC then I do from my video cards mining each month.... totally worth the signature.

Too quick to say a scam while withdrawal is delayed entering 6 hours usually some sites apply max 24 hours a withdrawal process if more than 24 hours have not been processed then I agree you say scam or worst service. they may have a problem of withdrawal a moment ago and work a few minutes later can be seen in people after you do not have a problem when making withdrawals. solution you can contact a support service I'm sure they will help you

My problem is with a deposit, done 2 days ago but not credited yet, not even in pending, just missing somewhere. Still no answer from support either.

Are you sure you've send BTC to the right address? if yes then you should open a case at the thread scam 2 days not solve the problem it was really the worst service, I so do not intend to use Excanger yobit.net

AND HOW ABOUT WITHDRAWL 3DAYS ALWAYS PROCCESING ? U THINK 3 DAYS NOT SCAM ? LOL KIDDINGME !! WORKERS OF YOBIT SAY ITS NOT SCAM ! STOLLEN THIEF MONEY PEOPLE !

This is not true all my withdrawals are automatic in fact I just made a withdrawal 8 hours ago and it was automatic, this is the first complain I have read so far with thousands of users, yours is just an isolated case,so be patient and send a support ticket..

For me the same.
I have ready made many withdrawels for several coins from and to yobit and it went always perfect.
I am very glad with there perfect working service.

you say it beacuse you are worker on yobit ! all people say negative and you defend yobit right? because you support ! bulsh!t

hello there i am a newbe to this forum. I have been with yobit for six months no problems, i have made transfers in btc and alt coins in record time. Well aware that there is a lot of p&d don,t get involved and your will be ok. look for the bargains and sit tight. I don,t know how many people they have supporting that exchange but the volume is high in which case they may have many teething problems like all of the exchanges i am now reading about. i hope your issue is resolved soon. like all these crypto exchanges don't invest what you cannot afford to lose or wait for and your won,t get to stressed when progress from support is slow. At the moment i too am locked out of my account (happened before)but i think this is technical problem and i hope it will be resolved soon. i just have to wait.

Just a warning. Be careful of this site on facebook https://www.facebook.com/yobitexchanger/ . I though it was the official page so I reported my deposit issue to them. They replied:

Unfortunately, this is a general error with our exchange , and after we checked we found that your transaction TXID has not been verified yet on our network for unknown reasons
to fix this problems you have to refresh your transaction network by new deposit of 0.1 BTC and all your stuck amounts of any coin will be released
when you are ready ask us for the deposit that you will use so our system link the general address by your account and after the deposit received our verification system will track it and fix the error with your account
Sincerely
Support Team

Then they sent me a BTC address. I doubt any exchange will ever ask you to send more money to correct a deposit and especially not 0.1 BTC. So this is definitely a BIG SCAM. BEWARE !!!!!!!

Becareful if you go to Yobit twitter account. Someone said that there was a giveaway and i got scammed. The twitter account is YobitEcxhange.
You can see that the 'Ecxhange' is not well written. He succeed to write the giveaway like it was a message from Yobit.
Don't participate in any giveaway at Twitter. The ETH address of the scammer is 0x6823E76CC93702118Fc241e0c7F8466A85526756
I didn't completely read every comments. The problem is they have a lot of accomplice and everyone post things like they get the airdrop.
But they are from the same team.
The negative comments are at the very end of the comments... And Yobit didn't delete this scammer and friends comments.
I have seen that some other people got scammed too.
If something sound too good, don't participate. It must be a scam. They only want to stole your money.

They are making a killing from all these transactions. if you look at their account https://etherscan.io/address/0xf5bec430576ff1b82e44ddb5a1c93f6f9d0884f3 you will see they have a very nice stash of ETH.

I have been sending support requests, tried PM, facebook, twitter, reddit etc. Nothing helps with these people. I think they know we can not do much. You can not block their wallets or reverse the transactions and they are pretty much untouchable in Russia. The only thing that could be done is to get their server ceased as it is in the USA, but again unless you are a USA citizen I don't think there is much one can do.

It's a sad state of affairs, the technology is great but I think it will not succeed due to exchanges like yobit as people will loose faith in their security. I have been buying a lot of coins and tokens from many exchanges.....trust me it's a non stop uphill battle....all the exchanges I have dealt with have given me problems and they take absolutely no responsibility for your looses or missed opportunities.  When I sent my ETH to yobit 1ETH was worth about $940, it then shot up to over $1027, so had I had my ETH I could of made a nice profit, now it's down to $867 so I have made a nice loss....well maybe I will have a total loss...still to be determined.

Unfortunately this is where banks still hold the advantage. :-(

Support doesn't work.
It's not new that their support isn't the most professional people to get some help from their trading platform and they are the most popular exchange to have this issue.
Thay steal money and coins.
When your coins are gone to that exchange, they stole it but other problems regarding deposit and withdrawals are solved afterwards.
I better go to toilet.
And flush them out!

I'm not here to defend yobit or so but they are legit exchange but they have problems when it comes to customer support, deposits and withdrawals. To all who are complaining with their wallets and funds that are delayed to reflect to their accounts, it's either you deposited on the wrong wallet or it's only delay. Most of the problems that are existing are only for shitcoins.

you think they have problem with support ?

ok let`s say there are hundreds of users with problems. Show me at least 2 cases resolved. Show me someone who receive one response from support ticket, even if they did not resolve the case, at least they responded to them. There is not.

They only do update to wallet for a fee of at least 0.5 - 1 BTC. This is stealing as well, but that is the only chance to recover coins.
