As per my view, this 2018 year is the worst year for me.Because i have invested some project but all of them price are under ico price because of market down. Still now i am losser for this year. i recovered some of my amount BY WES. So now am planing to invest in some potential coins in this year.
I think the best thing i've got during 2018 is from XRP, i've got a good profit form it in just a few moments after i purchase the coin in the exchange market.

Yes . I will choose Ethereum and Bitcoin as the top two currencies to invest in 2018 with many market fluctuations. With prices down sharply, I think it's time to invest with what you have. Because the price is very good to hold them. Wait until the market rebounds. Opportunity to sell them.
I haven't made any investment this year because of the worst market situation. But as per the time market will start to recover again and I will make the investment.

It was a bad year for investing, but I was very lucky with only two assets at the beginning of the year - Lympo (LYM), and in the fall - Smartlands (SLT) rise well in price. I considered only growth against the dollar.
Well, I did some good money with ETH, CXO and COV. Also my friend with ADA and XRP.
I will choose ADA,
Why? because There has an active Dev, I always see good and not coins from Github's activities,
if the Github is always updated even almost every hour, then the coin is really good, and the project might not die,

I think my best investment this red 2018 is credits, I invested in the coin and it make a great X return but I didn't sell, I was waiting for it to get to $10

this year, I bought Vet and DATA, I got a big profit, then I bought Agrello (DLT), because of the deteriorating market I didn't get any profit until now
I have everything sad this year, I came to the market too late and only watch how it systematically falls, so I cannot help you with motivation. 
The best investment of this year is the coin QuarkChain. The price has grown 6 times in one day. But not many were lucky enough to participate in the ICO. Many applications have been rejected.
The effort I put into QuarkChain just to miss out on the lottery ruined that coin forever for me. GoChain was my best investment for 2018 (Great team and project - long-term investor).

My best investment was at the beginning of the year when the prices just started dropping. I bought some coins just after ICO at Etherdelta and after three weeks when they was listed in the big centralized exchange just sold it with 300% profit.

I think the best investment in 2018 seems to be an investment in bitcoin because I see that the growth of the year seems like the supply of bitcoin is getting depleted and will make the price conditions at the exchange place have a very expensive price and will benefit you.

Nothing big gain in this shit year, i just doing daily trade with small amount, cause worry about bear market. Sometime daily trade is a good way. Small profit but low risk i thing.

Mostly, my investment are fails in this red year. Not easy to accept it but I try to think again where is my biggest mistakes? finally I find the answer, not from strategy but red year is unpredictable. My capital came back again same like January 2018, meaning I don't get nothing. Very sad but that's investment, take challenge or leave the future.
If the long-term investment is better. Because now it's really good for investment. Because crypto prices have declined. If the steps taken are investments that are a very appropriate step. Because 2018 is very good for you to invest.
