If you take from this list, then of course the ethereum, and if in general my favorite coin is a stratis
I would choose a few coins. Bitcoin and Etherium are the best for me. I'm pleased with their rapid growth at the end of this year and their large capitalization
I voted for Ethereum, because I think this is the most promising for long-term holding and its rate isn't going to decrease yet
I definitely stay for LTC. Firstly all new bitcoin amendments are tested on litecoin and then implemented in bitcoin blockchain. So litecoin is a pioneer.

In recent time my choice of Ethereum investment is very beneficial because this is the altcoin which is gaining most popularity and usability in short period of time. The inception of Ethereum is started in 2014. Since it's inception it has the gain millionth of times unlike Litecoin and other like Dogecoin also. And the simple reason for investment is most of the ICOs are using this blockchain as their token creation.
I think there are some good coins missing on that list, I would personally go with

I think digital gold is BTC, silver - LTC, bronze DOGE, oil - ETH, gas - DASH, forest - ETC

If you set a goal not long-term earnings, then I would prefer WAVES, they are now very promising.

The most reliable coin is Bitcoin for this coin the world's future, as it is not prohibited, it will be used in all countries of the world and still show on what she's capable of) there are still a lot of good coins that will seek to catch up Bitcoin!
