I think NFTs can last long, it is just the art pictures of the tradition, the art works are still having no value but people makes it to have value, so goes to NFTs, we can consider them not to have value but have value because people see it valuable. My concern is that there are many newly created NFTs and more are created daily, it is very possible that the NFTs that are having value today may have less value tomorrow.

I just saw it and I just found out NFT is a non-exchangeable asset. I really don't understand, how can it be worth? I mean the owner assigns value to the artwork or investors assign value to the NFT artwork. I understand it's like a collection, correct? One can only buy it and cannot resell it

In my opinion, NFT-arts is a bad way to invest. I am sure that NFT-based games have a great future, so in the early future we will see fascinating p2e games. I recently heard about the project "reptile chronicles". Have you heard about this project? They have really good arts and novels about three clans of reptiles (This atmosphere reminds me of an epic novel The Lord of the Rings). I hope that this game will not disappoint me.

One of the common problems of NFT projects nowadays is that they could develop a good start for their project yet they couldn't manage and maintain it. So we can't blame people who have trust issues when it comes to NFTs because even famous projects failed and didn't last long. Axie is a good project yet they still have to work on their burning system. I hope that NFT projects in the future would have a concrete plan when it comes to developments so the project would work in the long run.

In some cases if we notice nft it is basically what is here high quality but here the project is going to be a use that can be long lasting in nft development but here again it is thought that new production will come then pay back much earlier.
All you have to do to increase its value here is to get a boarding pass from here until today. Others are here but it works but I think it will be very good. It will be better as long as it lasts.

currently axie infinity can no longer be used as a role model for the current good NFT. since the problems that existed in the project, the price has dropped quite a lot now. I'm not a fan of NFT, although I had high hopes for NFT, but I think if you want to hold it like a coin, that's not the right thing. maybe NFT still has big development out there, however, I think for now, I might not think about holding it back for long, unless the project is really promising. however, it all comes back to the function of the NFT. personally, I currently do not have any NFT. it's just, if you really find a project worth it with NFT in it, you might be able to hold on to it in the long run.

Market cannot be predicated - sometimes uncertainty also brings a lot of improvement in specific businesses.
But I think NFTs have a bright future. And when it will be mixed with creativity - you are right - it will bring forth a lots of interesting projects and hence NFTs will flourish.
