Yes it will last long because majority of NFT has proper use case or if we talk about NFT games it also have a working products which users can enjoy, so for having this more adoption will come and many developers will join the scene especially with those big companies joining this scene since most provably the actual revenue they can get will make them think to join since traditional games right now is not giving more huge income compare to Nft Games. Look at what Axie infinity get they accumulated billions of dollars profit generated to their company and for sure major gaming industry are eyeing for this to.

NFTs, as a technology, will be really important.

But most of the hype that has been generated around NFTs are a result of market euphoria more than anything else. Companies like TIME are recognizing this and taking full advantage by launching their own useless tokens and selling them off like an IPO.

Imagine images of apes and cats selling for more than a car... It's ridiculous.

The crypto market has never stopped with a single project idea. As the big ideas of different times come, the whole crypto world is watching the whole crypto world change with time. Such as ICO, IEO, DEFI, NFT then came the METAVERSE project. So it is better to say that NFT project will run for a long time.

NFTs will last long but the hype inside it will die down as loads of people now make a mcoekry of arts and call them NFTs. They have no significant meaning or even value. They are considered the art of value that is representing a unique information of value but I guess the crowd in the NFT space is covering the main aim of NFTs.

NFT has many use case and I believe NFT is still on a discovery path. Metaverse is been projected as technology of the future and NFT will have a big role to play in tokenizing virtual asset and NFT as a means of payment or title for ownership of land asset or business. The potential of NFT utility is enormous. NFT is social experiment and to an extent, it is very successful so far!

If the NFT has benefits or to use as an items or characters for the games just like the Axie Infinity then these NFT projects will last long, it is still trendy nowadays. I heard the news that Ubisoft will getting to NFTs, it's a good idea for company to step this new technology. In the future I believe more companies will getting to NFTs.

Just wait until a gaming giant like Rockstar, Activision or Blizzard will add NFT system in their games and NFTs will become immortal. Imagine what will happen with cryptocurrency popularity, when we will see NFTs in World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, GTA5, Call of Duty or Fortnite as a reward for achieving something in the game. Or if NFT replace achievements or trophies on consoles. The new money flow in cryptocurrency will be equal to break through the dam.

I also think so, they've been there since I think 2017 and until now, they've just became popular for this year. But to me, we don't know if 10 years would be the maximum or it can be shorter.

Well i would say the same thing happens to NFT's at the moment that is happening to every trend or hype topic in the crypto space. As soon as something is successful people are trying to jump on the hype train as fast as possible and with as little effort as possible and this of course leads to a flood of NFT's of which 95% are useless and even look crappy. That is why the NFT's are going down in value at the moment there is just way to much supply in the moment for the market demand. I still think though that NFT's are here to stay and if great artists or projects are releasing NFT's with a use case or with great art style then they will still be valuable.

At present Some NFT project is booming at a high pace. I hope we will see many others in the coming time but nobody can guarantee every NFT project will be successful like Axie Infinity. Everything has charm for some time so the craze of NFT will also reduce by the time hopefully there would be something else options better than NFTs in the future because we never know what future holds.

For sure it will not die but the hype for a million dollar NFT will be over soon. NFT already established its market and utility in different crypto sector. So there's always a new way to incorporate NFT into new crypto trend. I believe the only sector that it might die are those NFT collectibles that don't have use case at all like cryptopunk.

You're right, just by doing a little analysis of the NFT games we realize that the devs can quickly turn it into a pyramid and make it unsustainable, if you invest little money what you have to aspire to earn is little money after having invested, While in some games for 35USD you can get $ 1k, and who pays that $ 1k? since if you pay from the players who lose it is logical, but not everything is PVP, I think that creating an alternate economy within a game is difficult, even if many oracles are put.

What you have described is a regular market situation. Such "things" happens with cryptocurrency all the time. I am in cryptocurrency since 2017, and crypto is still alive. Not to mention stock and bonds market. Same artificial demand is created there for ages. Based on that, NFT will last for ever, or until people will run out of money, or until something new appears on the market.

I think that chances of people creating a new use case of NFT are very high, making it last long. I think that everything can be wrapped into NFT and be sold.

Crypto is still alive yes, but with a 1% survival rate. This is what I was talking about. Of 10000 (actually a lot more) ICOs,,, only about 100 good coins are still around today, and most of them are not even close to the ATH, maybe only 10% of those coins are near or above their ATH.

So yes crypto and NFT will last forever but if you are going to sit around buying every NFT then like ICOs you will find you sit around holding a lot of empty bags.

Give me one new use case of NFT that normal people will also like to use. And give me one example where you yourself used it like this to replace a traditional way you would have done it
