But what I could say is that it guarantee nothing and therefore, we don't have to expect 100% as well.

There are many possibilites, Like Rich people confused to spend his money, Marketing strategies (To make an hype on his platform since most of sold nft with ridiculous was sold outside opensea) or some money laundering scheme.

These are new and upcoming technology, just like crypto is. And they would definitely go places, but not the way they are. There would be modifications of course , due to the way malicious actors have polluted the industry and attached a big question mark on it. I'm with Mark Cuban on this

While I'm not particularly interested in NFT myself, perhaps its creators will know how to apply it further in this field and beyond. When I look at the metaverse product, I see it has a lot of potential to be exploited, but as I understand it, it doesn't stop there and hopefully in the near future we will have more NFT products.

Many opinions say that there is no guarantee that digital assets in the form of NFT can last forever. From my point of view, I think it depends on which blockchain the NFT is built on. NFT is a token on the blockchain, if the entire blockchain disappears, the NFT will disappear with it. That's not a big deal for projects developed on good blockchains, but now there are a lot of NFT projects based on new blockchains with very few users.

NFTs will eventually have meaningful real world value. Most projects will fail but some will succeed you just need to figure out which ones. There is also so much money coming in that you can learn and make tons of money at the same time. NFTs will have value it’s just being apart of the technology behind it before it all goes mainstream! Many projects will grow and the best technology will eventually win right now I like AAVE, NEAR, and 1INCH

Non Fungible Tokens, are basically tokens that cannot be replicated and cannot be replaced. Therefore, an NFT artwork is always unique and can be authenticated with blockchain technology via an immutable certificate of authenticity and ownership.

for now NFT is still very dominating and the hype is still continuing at least for this month and year.
but to talk about the long term even though NFT can't be replicated but we never know what will happen.
and until now there has been some negative news about NFT such as about asset manipulation to avoid taxes as was the case in the past few weeks.
or indeed the NFT project is being misused and the project has a lot of scams.
when things like this continue the ico 2017 case could happen to NFT

Most of the NFTs that have emerged in the market today have become alternative investments and some of them actually offer something new and fresh on the table. but for the following days I can't guarantee, because as far as I know developments in the Cryptoqurrency space may change, such as 2017 year for ICO, 2018 IDO, 2019 IEO, 2020 DEFI, and 2021 NFT.

well its just like any crypto project, if it has an actual use case and is not just some shit project where the nft provides no purpose then those will crash and burn but if it is a good project and the nft's can be used in game or as digital rights to media or something of that sort then yea for sure they will stand the test of time!
