That phrase is limited to the mind of a greedy being, people living in this world have the right to wealty , not that if you are not wealthy yet ,then you are not allowed to be wealthy , that sounds not very good , because if you are working hard and in the right way , it is your chance to be wealthy, because it is the friut of your work and no one can question that.
I haven't read or have come across that kind od rule, in fact I know some people who are not that wealthy and even invested on a certain coin and ICO when he got his last pay but did allow him to join and invest them. Those are just words coming out of some people who are insecure of those who got in first, in my opinion.
You are not wealthy, so you are not allowed to be rich. It's stupid because the words that make the weak ones stop their steps should not have such negative thoughts. dont not think about that.

Yep, it sounds like a rule for not rich people. Society is cruel now. To become wealthy is very hard, only working hard for a long period of time. But still there is no guarantee that you will become elected.
I don’t know about the law you’re talking about, but it sounds stupid to me. Also it’s kind of discrimination that shouldn’t exist in our world.
For me as well it is the most discouraging post, it is not good to say like this, we should encourage people by telling them the truth of bitcoin investment that how it makes people rich and wealthy within few months holding, so I think people should not listen this kind of false news and wrong statements, everyone has right to use bitcoin and earn money.

Everyone has the chance to become wealthy if they are not lazy enough to work everyday like trading in the market or accept services like translations, there are a lot of work to be done by just participating on bounty campaigns so everyone can earn cryptocurrency by just working.
everything looks wealthy with cryptocurrencies and even get rich but in reality, any investor should do lot of hard work in gaining knowledge and investing and expecting results ico and other cryto coins are volatile in nature

Unfortunately, ICO is Forced to regulate in the rules of participation, persons from the United States cannot participate in the purchase of tokens. This is done because the SEC is very tightly regulated. So you can buy tokens on your relative from another country and sell on his behalf. No problem.

we have a chance to be wealthy as long as we can get to work in many ways. I am sure that we have a big opportunity if we want to search in the cryptocurrency and we can also try with trading to get the money. besides that, if we still focus on what we do now, soon, we can do other works which could give us another income. we need to keep trying if we want to be wealthy and without hard work and smart work, we cannot reach what we want and we don't have any chance to reach again.

That is a very racist thing tp say because we all have a freedom we all have a choice and have a dream in life and almost all the rich people that are humble of course those who are from the poor family before but I am not saying that all rich are arrogant people it is just a shame to see that they are dividing the society with this kind of rule. There are a lot of ways in order to get rich and with the help of the cryptocurrency this makes it more handy to gain profits so lets just not believe that rule if that is true.

No, there is no rule like that. But rich investors are the main targets. If you’re starting a new project, your main target will be to get the interests of the bigger investors and make them invest money in your project and make it grow.You won’t really have much interest in getting the small ones, once you have caught the big fish, the small ones follows. If you mean that people cannot invest on bitcoins if they have no capital or budget because they are poor ? , they can always work on bounty campaigns here in this forum to earn cryptocurrency which they can use to start trading in the market.

Yes, we have the option to be wealthy but not everyone has the opportunity to do so because of some restrictions like what OP said about being an accredited investor first before someone can invest in an ICO in their country. Anyway, if one door closes, you can still find another door or there is still a window so you can still find ways and other means to be wealthy. Sometimes it is a blessing in disguise that you can't invest in something because there are better opportunities ahead.
