Thanks for your information. Can you also please clarify if ICO participants are supposed to login on decent go with their reclaim portal credentials or create a new account on decent go? The majority are confused about this. Many have created a duplicate account on go because we are unable to login with reclaim credentials. Some (myself included) cannot login with the new go account because of problems with the new password creation, and hence cannot generate a new recovery phrase. Password from reclaim portal does not work, nor does the recovery phrase generated from there.If I understand the adjusted information on your blog correctly, we should login with our reclaim credentials and should not have created a duplicate account. If so, there seems to be a problem preventing us from logging in. Such problems are understandable during a commissioning of such a complex project, but please be transparent and inform us if you are having any issues getting all set up. It will minimize confusion and would probably save you from hundreds of new support tickets.
That being said, I trust you to solve my and other people's problems as fast as you can via the support ticket system, I understand that this is a hectic day for the team.

I'm so confuse as to what exactly the confusion is.
Everything seems fine in my end, it shows a balance and it says
"This ICO account is not created in blockchain. Once the DECENT Blockchain network is released, you will be asked to create your Blockchain account & Wallet with your current DCT Balance in DECENT GO application.
For this purpose, please generate your recovery phrase which you will need once DECENT GO is live!"
Does that mean that everything is fine for me?

Thats only the reclaim portal after that you still need to go to the decent go to open a wallet there and get your balance there before you can send it.
But how to handle it on that website no1 knows

The official email says login with your ICO reclaim credentials. This however does not work as it displays a "user not found error". Some users go against the official email and create a new account with the same email address.

They changed also there Steps after people starting (changing the text) so many made a new account cause this looked def. correct
But they probably are busy tweeting and posting about the adding to bittrex

Decent is on Bittrex, confirmed
Its possible to get a wallet address on bittrex that means Decent code is well implemented on Bittrex.
When trade will start - so many ass-firing of not-received funds users will begin. I am among of them.
I can't understand what the problem with such a great funding and so many time to make a well working portals that will help users transfer balances to wallet without any problem.

So here is where the confusion begins for ICO participants. In step 1 they use the word create referring to DECENT GO and use it once more to state if you do not reclaim you won't be allowed to create the account. Please read carefully.

Please go to https://icoreclaim.decentgo.com/ and complete the ICO Reclaim BEFORE creating an account in DECENT GO. If you skip this step, you won’t be allowed to create the account. Once the reclaim process is complete (ie. you have a Recovery Phrase), follow the instructions below.

First of all it might not be true. Second stupidity is inexplicable, that's why it's called stupidity. So you can invest and fud at the same time. Booya!

2. People try to do it, but the accounts created during reclaim process do not exist on DecentGo, so they get user not found errors
3. No problem, since they have received a recovery phraze during ICO reclaim. So people try to recover the account, but get the error that the phraze is wrong.
4. Someone came up with the idea that you have to create a new account with the same credentials as before.
5. People create new account and even if using the same email/pwd combination get a completely new recovery phraze
6. Besides the recovery phraze a private key is displayed in small letters, which needs to be saved, but many people overlook it, and save only recovery phraze. To get the private key again, they will have later to generate the recovery phraze again.
7. After logging in they see their account has 0 balance and now wait up to 7 days in the hope coins will show up, as apparently the sending process will be done manually by comparing the email addresses of ICO reclaim with the email addresses of the newly created accounts.
8. Maximum confusion with no word from devs. I think it's the most confusing launch in crypto history.

I have also created the account with the same credentials as during reclaim. Decent amount still at 0. I hope for the best.
... I created a new account on decentgo.com. However the recovery phrase in the new account is not the same as the recovery phrase in the ICO account.
Did you use the same password also?
