getAskOrder only returns open orders.
Thanks a million, MaWo, for looking into this!
I was "running with a correct map ... into a wrong direction" :-)

If you want a fulfilled order then you could parse the transaction with transactionId=orderId.
Yes, that was the solution. So easy, now that I know ...

And Jean-Luc was only 11.5 hours quicker :-)

I had found his answer first, and had already implemented the solution ... before I found your answer here.

Still, thanks a lot. All but one of my questions are solved. To avoid another replication, I am linking to
my remaining very simple question ("numberOfTransfers") there: "Last question ... one last mini-workaround for ..."

Does HZ keep all the historical order data, anyways?
...
I am asking because to access that historical order data is my workaround to get the 'seller' of a trade.
...
Storing all derived objects in the database was introduced with NXT 1.3.x
Current HZ is based on NXT 1.2.9
Thanks a lot. That had made me hope that in HZ -other than in Nxt- the historical order data might still be accessible. But it's not? I don't know how to continue from here, with the old version. My WORKAROUND sounded feasible, until I realized that relevant historical data is also disappeared from HZ. Let me show you...

When downloading the first 20 assets, there are 324 trades, with 135 unique orders.

Only 11 orders make no problems, examples:

http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getTrades&asset=10655238247608520102 timestamp=7821230 http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getAskOrder&order=16959519049444729662
http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getTrades&asset=14027245553053047036 timestamp=17561202 http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getAskOrder&order=7917523547410995253
http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getTrades&asset=14027245553053047036 timestamp=29083199 http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getAskOrder&order=13410371402375493233
...
http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getTrades&asset=6902084659337863977 timestamp=23450541 http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getAskOrder&order=892259609315602338
http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getTrades&asset=6902084659337863977 timestamp=23554531 http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getAskOrder&order=892259609315602338

= in the form (getTrades request --> timestamp of the problematic trade --> getAskOrder request)

but 124 orders (used in 291 trades) cannot be found - examples:

http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getTrades&asset=11612505588273826616 timestamp=11416126 http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getAskOrder&order=1423320669884458932

http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getTrades&asset=9793548316182050576 timestamp=14757232 http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getAskOrder&order=9819437091123559436

all resulting in {"errorDescription":"Unknown order","errorCode":5}

What to do?

TLDR; Why do I do this?
The v1.2.9 "getTrade" does not mention the "seller" (like the v1.4.16 does, with every trade),
so I download the "askOrder" that is mentioned in the trade,
by "getAskOrder", because that contains "account"
- and thus the "seller".

Or is there another strategy?

Thx!

getAskOrder only returns open orders. The order with "no problems" are not fully fulfilled orders.

The askOrder 16959519049444729662 in your first example is still an open order.
The askOrder has a quantity of 850:
http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getAskOrder&order=16959519049444729662
Code:
{"height":75162,"priceNQT":"5000000000","asset":"10655238247608520102","order":"16959519049444729662","quantityQNT":"850","accountRS":"NHZ-VJXK-XC8S-EEHX-44LGE","account":"2754587697255138225","type":"ask"}

The trade had a quantity of 150:
http://localhost:7776/nhz?requestType=getTrades&asset=10655238247608520102 timestamp=7821230
Code:
{"trades":[{"timestamp":7821230,"priceNQT":"5000000000","asset":"10655238247608520102","quantityQNT":"150","block":"2622721914868268879","askOrder":"16959519049444729662","bidOrder":"18370219278164694793"}]}

If you want a fulfilled order then you could parse the transaction with transactionId=orderId.

We are proud to announce that the NFD development team and community have become part of the Horizon family.

Horizon have been working closely with NFD for the last couple of months and our recent successful upgrade was due, in no small part, to the expertise and professionalism of their development team.

One of the main benefits to acquiring NFD and their development team is their work on Automated Transactions technology which extends the blockchain into other areas beyond digital currency and is something that we believe is a serious game-changer. The NFD team has been working on Automated Transactions technology for some time and has already deployed a working version on their testnet which will be ported over to Horizon, massively extending its functionality and ensuring that, unlike the majority of digital currencies, our platform offers serious benefits to real-world business and commerce.

NFD’s lead developer, Mathias (aka MaWo) will join the Horizon development team as lead developer and he also brings four more elite developers who will be working exclusively on extending the Horizon Platform.

Following the acquisition, NFD holders will be able to exchange their tokens for Horizon at a rate which is currently 25 NFD to one HZ (subject to change).

The exchange will begin on March 9th 2015 and will be handled through an automated system that has been specifically designed to control the rate of the exchange and distribution so there is no risk of coins flooding the market.

In the interest of maintaining a stable market and providing fair distribution, the NFD accounts with the least amount of tokens will be served first and the exchange will take place over 120 days, after which, all unchanged Horizon tokens will be sent back to the escrow account held by Poloniex.

Once the exchange period ends, NFD will become a legacy coin, and all assets will be considered to have been integrated fully into the Horizon Platform.

More details on the exchange will be made available as the start date for the exchange grows nearer.

How long until they is no node bounty ?.

Roughly, distribution is throughout the rest of this year. So it would end around the end of 2015 (to the best of my knowledge)

This is correct. I'll work out some exact figures and post them here.

Why NHZ there are a lot of nodes? (more than other 2 gen crypto, like NXT)
There are payouts for each?
Yup. Daily node bounty is part of the the distribution.

wtf i submit send coins without submitting message to bittrex, what should i do now? or my coins are gone?

Write a ticket. They help you. In the "worst case" you have to send a second small amount from the same address with the deposit message to verify the deposit address.

Does HZ keep all the historical order data, anyways?

Or is the
           nhz.trimDerivedTables=false
also an option in HZ ?

... like the
          nxt.trimDerivedTables=false
is supposed to make the historical order data reappear?

I am asking because to access that historical order data is my workaround to get the 'sender' of a trade.
And I cannot find a nhz.trimDerivedTables in conf/nhz-default.properties
