Would you consider to add Fairlay to this overview?

Will do.

BetBTC is almost 5 month old and 100% good feedback. Still couldn't manage to leave the D rank.

A review on our services wouldn't be a bad idea. If you check our lattest posts you can check there was a boom on the usage since the last month or so (especcially since API is on).

On biggest matches we are already having 5+ Bitcoins matched, sometimes reaching more than 10.

But there are some situations which don't make sense to me, and it seems to me that perhaps some books simply don't keep enough staff during the midnight to 7 am period USA time.

We have staff with authority to approve large withdrawals on shift daily during those hours.

Cloudbet

That's good.

Can you explain why a large withdrawal could take up to 24 hours?

It's good that you state this upfront on your website, so people are forewarned.

But it doesn't take 24 hours to transfer from a cold wallet to a hot wallet, plus a security review.
An hour seems like plenty of time.

I have trouble understanding how that can take 24 hours?
An hour perhaps...

Peeps - " Does anyone have opinions on withdrawal times?"

Yes. Instant.

As you mentioned, several books (like Nitro) have regressed.
Instant withdrawals were great for the customer, but now it can take 2.5 - 5 hours.

If they had specific problems with their instant withdrawals, then remedy the problems by improving their systems and software, rather than penalizing their customers with long wait times for withdrawals.

And honesty about withdrawal times would be refreshing. Don't state "It may take a few minutes once in awhile" if it's going to take hours fairly often.

The books should also allow one to opt out of Casino and Poker access, which are frequently used by hackers once they steal one's sportsbook funds, to move the funds out of the book, or gamble them away.

Gogo- You stated that books should pay us instantly. To avoid arguments with books on whether a withdrawal was instant or it took a few minutes, would you have an objection to setting a 15 minute rule?

Books/exchanges that can't consistently meet a 15 minute withdrawal rule will have their rating decreased. There are going to be exceptions since some withdrawals will be red flagged for security purposes so a couple of withdrawals taking longer will be acceptable.

If we do implement this rule, it won't go into affect for a month. Some books have stated that they will have instant withdrawals in place soon.

"Gogo- You stated that books should pay us instantly. To avoid arguments with books on whether a withdrawal was instant or it took a few minutes, would you have an objection to setting a 15 minute rule?"

My only problem with that would be this:

"There are going to be exceptions since some withdrawals will be red flagged for security purposes so a couple of withdrawals taking longer will be acceptable."

Defining what is acceptable as far as "a couple of withdrawals taking longer" could be tricky.

I realize the books don't want to be specific with their red flags since that would alert people who are scamming what to avoid.

But there are some situations which don't make sense to me, and it seems to me that perhaps some books simply don't keep enough staff during the midnight to 7 am period USA time.

And also it seems that there is no one on duty during those hours with the authority to ok a large withdrawal.
But instead of stating that, they say "A security review is being conducted" which somehow takes hours and doesn't end until about 7 - 9 am USA time, when I am guessing someone with authority is back on duty.

Nitrogensports is the only Bitcoin book with E-Sports.  Anonibet doesn't have them.

We added eSports just a few days ago. Check it out: https://www.fairlay.com/event/category-decimal/esports/all/match/

It's already been 27 minutes that I'm waiting to receive a couple btc from Nitro.

This is ridiculous, and poor cs.

The btc has been in the account all week, so it's not an issue of waiting for confirmations for a very recent deposit that I'm now withdrawing.

I haven't made a bet there in 4 days.

There's no acceptable reason for it to take this long.

Trying to increase their profits by having a skeleton crew on at night is not acceptable.

Peeps - " If a book sends money to the wrong person, there is no recourse for the book."

The player is responsible for sending the correct btc address to the book for the withdrawal.

The book is responsible for sending to the btc address that was provided by the customer.
This should be automatic - manual review is unnecessary.

" All money is not kept in hot wallets."

The books have the responsibility to keep refilling the hot wallet in a timely manner as needed.
This does not take hours.
It should be a quick procedure to refill the hot wallet, and books should be able to anticipate and refill or partially refill in advance.

I contacted many of the books to talk about withdrawal times. We are all frustrated when we don't get instant withdrawals. It seems that withdrawal times have slowed down in some cases rather than speed up. Here are some of the thoughts and feelings that I ascertained.

The solid bitcoin books are no longer one or two man operations. Most have double digit full time employees and have work outsourced as well. Full time employees include those in IT, trading, support and marketing. Some have locations in multiple countries.

The player base is growing at a fast rate. Unfortunately, with an increase in players comes an increase in fraudulent activity including hacking. All money is not kept in hot wallets. Players aren't required to give personal information to bitcoin books. Withdrawal amounts are becoming larger. If a book sends money to the wrong person, there is no recourse for the book. Because of this, books should be required to offer us a form of 2FA for our safety.

Some books have casinos as well as poker rooms. Casinos tend to bring about more fraudulent activity. There are a few more things that can trigger a manual review such as making multiple withdrawals in a short period of time, win rates above a certain amount of standard deviations, total amount of withdrawal, multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse bonuses.

Books may use a third party for grading purposes, in house grading, or two sources for verification. No matter what means are used, human input is needed in the process that can lead to mistakes. Manual grading may be required in small markets as well as prop bets. Outside of those two exceptions, grading should still be done at a very fast rate so that we can make additional bets if wanted.

Most books are stating that they are working to make withdrawals immediate if they aren't currently doing it. My personal feelings on withdrawals have changed somewhat after getting responses from the sports books. I feel that a vast majority of the withdrawals be done within a 15 minute period. Some withdrawals will take longer for above reasons, but it should be a low percentage. We should set some type of standard that books should adhere to when making withdrawals for the purpose of grades. Does anyone have opinions on withdrawal times?

Books- Feel free to chime in or discuss withdrawal times of your book.

Jetwin offline for about 15 hours, 5 hours longer than they said they'd be offline for "maintenance", and have not updated in their thread. No explanation offered thus far.

Jetwin is now alive, they changed the domain to jetwin.ps
It is not installed with a valid ssl certificate yet, but they will install it later today.
