if with just 10BTC can make you become a millionaire , what about people who own 1000BTC? i think they'll be a quillionaire  Grin

Yes, they will
But like any other tech... The people who were first to realise the potential are going to gain the most.... But btc is still relatively cheap and undervalued at this time

The only comparison I can make is the people who invested in apple  /Microsoft etc  or similar before it took off

There is still a huge advantage at this price but the price is being watched by the big dogs, rest assured, the price will  still rise exponentially

If you don't use or hold any btc, you will miss out but I don't need to say this to the people who already know, just the people who say they  "missed the train " etc

Imo the train is still here and anyone who doesn't acquire a %  if their classic asset will lose big.... The only difference is in 2013 max.... Was unexpected

The next rise will still make millionaires, they're is more important things at play now

Don't believe then don't buy..... Up2u

But plz don't cry of this is the last time we see $400§ for a full btc and you didn't buy any....

....

Sometimes I wish I bought that pizza for 10,000BTC lol.

It can go both ways of course, it can be valued at practically nothing or become a joke or it rise as high as 100k as many said, even more (not so sure about that but there's also a small chance there). If you are really serious and devoted (10 BTC is enough and a big sum) you can try to get 21 BTC like many others do.

It's mostly not possible as it is not enouogh to make you millionaire, maybe multiplying it by 100 - 1000x then in this case maybe by 2030.

BTW 1BTC = $100k means that Bitcoin marketcap would be around $1.9-2 trillion. US GDP is $17 trillion and World GDP is $75 trillion, so it's not a crazy estimate.

You are right.
Long back itself I have read in CoinDesk articles, the market cap are just numbers and more flexible with what ever price a commodity achieve, the financial world just take those numbers to compare any other things.
So, any price is possible for bitcoin value.

Exactly. And let's not forget that one of the most popular sayings in the Bitcoin world is that by its 20th birthday we will either be rich or have nothing  Grin

Id be happy to see 100k a coin but without being delusional i cant see that ever happening. if we make 1 k id be pretty happy but still not rich Sad

based on this possibility everyone should hold 1 btc for a very long time, just to see if we can reach 100k one day

i know i will hold at least a small portion of my amount, just in case those crazy value will come, well i think at that point we are going to utilize bitcoin directly so the value will no matter much anymore....

Do you really think Bitcoins will reach $100k in 2030???
If it reaches even 1/10th of that, we must feel lucky...
As after 5 years, the %s of increments are lowered a lot, and $100k is a very high target...

Bitcoin marketcap is tiny. You have to look at the potential growth and the potential growth is insanely high. Bitcoin marketcap is not even 2 figures on the billions right now, it's just ridiculously undervalued. Consider gold's marketcap, fiat marketcap, stock marketcap, silver marketcap, and random under the table cash that is not even stated... a small money of all those sectors in Bitcoin = 100K per Bitcoin.
If we'd get 1% of those market caps one coin would be worth around 10k. There was a nice site with sliders to calculate the future value of bitcoin with existing markets. However it was shut down for some reason.

As for OP I think he should live a pretty comfortable life in the future.

This is going to depend on how much the bitcoin will be worth in 2030, I believe that around that time 1 bitcoin will be worth somewhere in the 10.000.
You can never know with bitcoin though, it just depends on how many people will adapt, the more demand the higher the price will increase.

Just 10 Bitcoins will be worth a decent amount for sure in the comming 10-20 years, but not even close to $1 million. My guess is, if you want to come close to being a millionaire at some point in the future, then you will need to have at least 150 Bitcoins.

OK! 10BTC is now around 3.980 dollars so you are telling me that in 15 years people who have 10 BTC well be millionair hmm.
I doubt that will happend you need to have atleast 100BTC or more to be a millionair. I know that the price well be increasing but not that high for now maybe in 30 years.

You could be a millionaire in 2030, but you can't never tell what will happen to bitcoins.
Well in my opinion to be millionair with bitcoins you need atleast 100BTC.

That might me, 50 bitcoins I think is enough to be a millionair.
Only we don't know what the price well be in 2030 we will see if people well become millionair.
