You should ask the copy paste coders. To rename ccminer you just need to change a few lines of code.

Why would he rename ccminer to cgminer? cgminer 4.9.0 FYI is an ASIC/FPGA miner.

40 mhash, thats 5 cards with the sp-mod @ 800watt for the rig. Could be a gpu miner. I would have expected abit more for a FPGA miner.

Since when does cgminer work on GPUs?

If you don't like the exchanges, you can mine x16r on nicehash.com 320GHASH is currently mining there. The current best prices at nicehash is 0.0126btc/GHASH

What do you think of mining Raven with 1080 TI's ?.. It's hailed as even better than VTC for ASIC resistance, and seems to have a fanatical following Smiley

The only reason I didn't make the switch is it's still not traded at reputable top class exchanges, but would like to hear your own opinions about it specifically for mining with

1080 TI's...

Great tip rune, mine a FPGA'ed to fuck coin http://yiimp.eu/?address=LQmvqSLWszrVFj9hU3Ka4ZXVmfqdXfgjLt with your 0.05btc 1% fee miner.
And no, you won't be earning $2.75 per Ti, more like $1.25

What rigs do you have? FPGA'ed what do you mean?

That's not my address (I wish it was) you can clearly see solely from the miner version as well as the hashrate that this person is mining LUX with a bunch of FPGAs.

live from zpool.ca (1 1080ti sp-mod @7.5MHASH 24hours profit):

0.0672btc /GHASH

0.0672 * 0.007.5 = 0,000504BTC = $3.5

Current profit for lux as of right now is $2.05 i didn't calculate electricity + miner fee %2

no. Dagger is around $1.8 with 54MHASH-

Luxcoin live from yiimp.eu (0.05541BTC / GHASH)

Mining with the sp-mod at 7.5MHASH in the last 24 hours would had given you $2.75

0.05541 * 0.0075 * $6619 = $2.75

So if you mine with more than 4.9 MHASH on lux on your 1080ti. It's more profitable than mining ethereum with the pill..

Which miner currently prefered with 1080Ti for lyra2v2 mining ?
 ccminer-alexis-1.3 / ccminer-hsr-alexis-(x86, cuda8) / ccminer tpruvot 2.2.5

i'm using ccminer alexis, i've tested few month back and it was the fastest one which is available for free.. maybe there is a better and faster payed version of ccminer fork. but i do know nothing about it
The fastest Lyra2REv2 and Lyra2z. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptodredge-080-nvidia-gpu-miner-obsolete-4129696

1080Ti Gaming X ---Phi2-----7.6mh/s

I don`t see some values from the dev. And firstly I see opinion that this miner not better then anothers. And I don`t want to waste my time for tests.

what are your oc settings, jewbsv ?

According to whattomine 83MHASH of lyra2v2 is giving a profit of around $1.59 a day. Dagger(ethereum) is more profitable on the 1080ti.
If you want more profit, check the my sp-mod thread on bitcointalk. $3 ++
