ETH going from 450$ to 45000$ is pretty much possible in 5-10yrs. We'll see, I hope you're right.
I personally invest my money in different coins. Diversification allows me to minimize risks and always make a profit. But do not forget that investment is always a risk
Actually if you have that huge capital to invest in cryptocurrency you should have to diversified it little by little to the top coins or tokens in coinmarketcap. Also for me a huge portion of your investment should go for Ethereum since ETH have a huge potential for growth.

the money is yours, pick what is due to you, but I have suggestions for you. If long-term investment want guaranteed profit then you should invest in BTC then to the copper coin, top as ETH, NEO, ADA, ... Then to the alcoin other. Also if you want investment risk and want higher returns then you can the coin, as other POLY, VME, CAT,...
Beside ETH the platform projects like EOS, LISK and Ark are also attractive projects for long term investment, since they have with their very active team and community great potentials and good future. From my point of view these coins are the perfect candidates for the long term investment.
