I think either is good than bitcoin. We will see the ether application is rising and New ICO are coming. Which make ether valuable. The requirements of ether will rise once the ICO come to it's working model.
I have also been thinking about this idea. I bought ethereum and store it in my wallet on an exchange. I noticed that even if I would buy ethereum and it would go up in value, it was still tied to the value of bitcoin which seems to be still the basis for other coin like ethereum. So choosing ethereum would be the same as choosing bitcoin. But I would still choose bitcoin.

i would recommend 75/25 ( ETH : BTC) ..because we can't expect bitcoin to rise like last year .but ETH has potential
Now the price for BTC has grown already by $ 1500. And the price of ETH has not increased. Therefore, it is better to invest in BTC.
Probably BTC much better for long term investment imho, but always remember to DYOR!

Looking at the current market conditions, the broader market tends to be stable, but I believe Ethereum will be even more powerful and surpass Bitcoin in the future.
If you are new to trading, it is better to buy bitcoin, it has the greatest potential for growth. Although my opinion - it is better to divide the amount of investment into different coins, at least 2-3 types.
I also think that this year it is more profitable to invest in BTC than in ETH. But I think if you are just starting to invest, it's better to divide the investment between coins.

Why don't you spreate money and invest both of them ? I think you can use this way to gain most profit bro because none of us can't know that what will happen.
I also think so, why do you need to choose something, why you can not choose both projects and divide everything equally. I think this was the right decision, but as usual people try to choose something.
Bitcoin has a very good potential for growth. Despite some technological backwardness, BTC is still attractive to many investors. Nevertheless, the ETH has a much stronger technical basis. I would choose 150 eth because I believe in this coin. My reason for this is that bitcoin has grown too much and ethereum is the coin that still has the potential to grow to give about 500 percent profit while with bitcoin the best that you can hope for now is 200 percent profit at most. So stick with ethereum, there is a lot of more to be made from it and you do not want to end up missing out on all of it.
i've chosen ETH because I take into account that ETH has a higher % capability comparing with BTC and i suppose that ETH will decrease a selection with BTC and right now's is an awful lot hype round ETH many traders and analysts endorse ETH so most up-to-date investors are searching at ETH especially it is good as it offers greater gas.

yes that is true but holding bitcoin is more better because I m very such the price of bitcoin adds more than ethereum because I have bitcoin and ethereum which are in the same price but bitcoin has more value while ethereum decreases
In my opinion it's better to keep 150 etherium, because when the price rises the profit will turn out more!

I will choose 150ETH for long term. In the long term ETH price will continue to increase sharply. At least after the end of 2018. ETH price can still reach 1000$. And I have more profit than 9.5BTC

These two coin are very potential coin and they are also promising. You can invest in any of them and hold for long term because the price will rise higher than it is and they also have very strong team and a good technology. i prefer bitcoin for now. bitcoin last uptrends chart was good. even with ethereum popularity, eth can't following bitcoin uptrends. so btc was better for hold this year
9.5 BTC is a no question more better if youre going to do day trading and Eth if youre going to do long term hold.
I prefer ethereum instead of bitcoin, but I dont keep just one thing, you can invest to some good altcoins like Icx, Neo or stellar, I dont recommend to do investment just one altcoin.
150 eth is better, but btc is more liquid to my mind. Difference is not matter, but my option is ethereum because I predict increase of it in terms of BTC. It can easily reach 0.2 btc ratio and that's why I hold ethereum.
