I don't believe that bitcoin could cost $ 15,000 in February. This is a fairytale. I think in April there will be 12-13 thousands and not more
I see from the analysis that the bitcoin price will move up in the summer, so holding your bitcoin is now good to get when the bitcoin price rises again

Are you joking? With good demand, bitcoin can reach this mark within a week. But I think that at such a slow pace as it grows now the mark of 15,000 dollars will be reached in Summer
February is nearly finish and bitcoin is still on $10k USD, I hope by March it will become $15k to $20k or more we just hold our bitcoin and pray for it to happen. 
It seems that the target price of bitcoin reaches $15k at the end of February will not be realized because until today bitcoin still under $10k let alone in the past few days bitcoin did not break through $12k, so the unsuccessful bitcoin break through to the price of $12k raises doubts of the investors that caused the price drop back at the $9k support point.
Yes, its impossible to even reach $11K at the end of the month, unless some miracles happened. We almost got there though as early as last week, hitting at $11700 before ensuing dump happens below $10K now.
I guess its going to be tough to get to $12K and we should look at it next month again. I thought that we will never get below $10K but we did so its no one can for certain when we are going to touch $12K, hopefully though March will bring positive sentiments among investors.

I am skeptical about the reaching this figure in such short time span but I am optimistic that we will hit $15K within next three months and we will also reach new all time high milestone before Dec 2018. As of now, we are in the last phase of correction process and it will take some more time to recover from the same.
I think bitcoin will reach a value of$ 15,000 or more in early or mid-March.

market is in downtrend its difficult to reach 15000 dollars by the end of feb28th and as of now market is difficult to reach 10 thousand dollars looking at present market condition

No way to reach 15,000$ as we know only a few days left for the completion of February, so how can we expect it to reach that mark, currently the price is less than 10,000$ so it is impossible to reach. 
i think its impossible for now to reach $15k before the month of February end, because the current price is not over $10k. there's only few day's reamaining before this month end and the current price is to far at this target price. Yes its possible but not before this month end.
By the start or mid of march, bitcoin will show some decent progress but at present it is not possible for it to touch 15,000 dollars in just 3 to 4 days. as you said, we are already touching the end of February. But still no need to worry, it will increase soon.

I doubt that it is possible. I do believe that its market price will reach 15k USD of market price but given that there are only 3 days before this month ends, it seems to be obviously impossible. Maybe, it will be acheived next month especially if the increase will be continuous. So for now, invest and hold.
