I think the 1xbit officials have given the most accurate answer to the ops; he said he hard an issue which take time to be resolved, the most important thing here is that his issue was resolve and deposited credited into the user account so I don’t see any importance in bringing the issue here, we should focused more on the unresolved issues and not focusing on apology for resolved issues.

I don think so, do you know that it's hard to become a victim of false accusations especially if it involves a big amount, you'll have sleeplessness night, you'll get depressed and it's running through your mind if you will get a refund if they have resolved the issue they should add an apology, this is the right thing to do, they need to admit that they have wronged their members, they should be responsible enough to admit all of this.

He had an issue and he posted it here he just mentioned that he went through hell just to get back his deposit and made him look stupid, 1XBIT owed him an apology for making him stupid and for going through hell just to get his deposit, every gambler do not want to be treated like that, it's just right that he posted his experience, I hope this will not happen to other gamblers.

I didn't request any refund in case you didn't notice. I just requested my account to be closed and it was denied to me ignoring my request by 12 calendar days.
We will ask our security team to check if there was an account closure request made from the email connected to the 1xBit account that wasn't blocked yet.
But if you are not asking for a refund, what is the topic of your question?

In my case it is easy to proof that emails were sent on 29th July and I got no reply to it.

It is a player right, the self exclusion, that was simply not attended in my case with no reason and no refunds given to correct this mistake so far.

Even if I'm being accused that I violated any rule, 1xbit violated before not closing my account on my request so it makes no sense sorry.

Also I didn't violate any rule and my account was closed after contacting block department for the 5th time. Stating gambling addiction.

Can you honor your terms and conditions? It is normal to make mistakes but you need to fix them. I believe my emails weren't handled but you can do it now.

They do  currently have some review campaign and its just no brainer that they would really be having these kind of positive words just for those people to get paid.

I have seen that they campaign - signature had relaunched and i  dont really see the point on why they do continue in doing so if they do know that they cant

really get much attention or support specially into this forum.

They will not get good results with the review campaign they have. Because most of the people who are giving honest reviews have negative reviews. They will not get any positive result from such a campaign unless they change themselves. So they should give proper update of unresolved allegations.

Because when someone posts a negative against you, they have enough evidence to prove that you are trying to cheat with that user. So try to do business in the right way, then no one will say anything negative against you.

But the account closure request wasn't received on the July 29.

Which might mean one of the following:
- Our support processed the request that was going first (deposit issue) but didn't see the second request
- You sent your closure request to the wrong department
- Or this screenshot doesn't represent the reality

In all the scenario, there is no need to find a guilty since you have already withdrawn funds, and there are no more on the balance.(Balance is being recalculated with odds 1 after an account closure).

My emails were sent to [email protected] on 29th July. I provided you screenshots and I can share you the email login details - it is a Gmail as you know.
Also I can share it to anyone that serves as middle man and wants to check that I sent the account closure requirement to the correct department/email.

If my account was closed on my request I wouldnt deposit more funds after that obviously, so you owe me my deposit sum made after my account closure request - 29th july. You are negligent in fact you didn't close my account on my request, don't you?

1- definetly not my fault. It is your fault you should assume the error and propose a fix/refund;
2 and 3 - Easy to verify. I have an email I can share and you have the same email in your inbox on [email protected] that is the right department.

I didn't withdraw my deposit sum made after my account closure request. That is the issue.

Funny thing is that all the reviews posted recently in this thread were by brand new or newbie accounts who simply praised your site without any form of sincerity whatsoever. The truth is pretty clear.

I never got scammed by 1xbit since I never invested here, but your question is odd and confusing. Why on earth would a scammer want to help out the people that they scammed?

I mean they have such a nice looking site and if other bookies are managing to operate honestly, why 1xbit can't do the same.
Looks can be deceiving. 1xbit smartly uses the funds that they stole in order to improve their site and scam more gamblers in the future.
