I withdrew 0.31 mBT of the deposited 64mBT...
My account was closed by violating your rules? That is new to me. So once again please answer: WHY WASN'T MY ACCOUNT CLOSED ON MY REQUEST ON 29TH JULY?
Tell me one reason, also why didn't I got a single reply about my request?
Our security team replied that your account was closed due to violations, not by request.
Personally, i couldn't check your emails, but what is seen from your screenshot:

But the account closure request wasn't received on the July 29.
Which might mean one of the following:
- Our support processed the request that was going first (deposit issue) but didn't see the second request
- You sent your closure request to the wrong department
- Or this screenshot doesn't represent the reality
In all the scenario, there is no need to find a guilty since you have already withdrawn funds, and there are no more on the balance.(Balance is being recalculated with odds 1 after an account closure).
My emails were sent to
[email protected] on 29th July. I provided you screenshots and I can share you the email login details - it is a Gmail as you know.
Also I can share it to anyone that serves as middle man and wants to check that I sent the account closure requirement to the correct department/email.
I can't be more transparent than this. What about you? all this wait for what? no email checking at all?

If my account was closed on my request I wouldnt deposit more funds after that obviously, so you owe me my deposit sum made after my account closure request - 29th july. You are negligent in fact you didn't close my account on my request, don't you?

1- definetly not my fault. It is your fault you should assume the error and propose a fix/refund;
2 and 3 - Easy to verify. I have an email I can share and you have the same email in your inbox on
[email protected] that is the right department.

I didn't withdraw my deposit sum made after my account closure request. That is the issue.
