1xBit reputation on this forum is quite questionable indeed, but we believe that this happened because of our absence on this forum, so people were biased once we were back, and the doubtfulness snowballed.

Yesterday I sent one more email to [email protected] requesting the datetime of the first email they received from me and nothing was answered aswell. It seems their bot doesn't recognise some sentences or subjects. It is impossible to have an human dialog with security department aswell so in my opinion you should upgrade your customer support service

I think that if someone uses multi accounts, such data cannot be disclosed to the public by casino. I also doubt that the player who used multi accounts will admit it. This is a situation that does not allow to stand on either side, because neither side will present evidence.

I'm still waiting to be answered about why was my account close request denied/ignored on 29th July (and up to 10th August). I can provide all remote assistance or email details if anyone needs to see my inbox/outbox as evidence.

I am sorry to dash your hope, but these two gambling sites are not going to resolve all the issues here and if they resolve one issue there will be more coming up, the past is haunting them because it is their own fault for scamming so many people so even if they want to build their reputation the mark will not just go overtime, it's right that the community keeps on reminding their bad deeds.

But in 1xbit team ? they keep hiding in their "Rule Breaking Issues" in which they never give a clear answer or proofs instead accusing all the claims about this Security issue and nothing more.

Hello to all on forum. I want to tell you that 1xbit.com is biggest scam on internet betting, and I am writing you this to take care of it, and not lose your money like me.
I deposited 4500 Tron in currency on day 24.07.2021, i did freaking 5 games bet. Then I I won little like 6000 Tron. Then my account get log out, I thinked this is session time logged me out, but i tried many times with my user and password to login, and it said incorrect, but i save it as txt file and also did screenshot of it.
Ok then wrote to LifeChat, told them I can't login, and they said I need to write to security of 1xbit email and I wrote email., they after 6-7 hours told me this:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

Then I wrote emails again to back my money, at least to give me my deposited money, because I saw on forum they back deposited money to client's sometimes. I told them to give me my deposited money, and not give me the winnings on account, because i really deposited there my last money for betting.
Then they didn't respond to my messages. I sent them pictures I did of my account, because It is my first time I did picture of every mu bet.
I will post here all my pictures for my bet, account, deposit and message they give to me, this is total scam and I will activate all internet criminal because of this scam website.
