So many newbie accounts popping out of nowhere and leaving positive feedback for 1xbit implies that one or more idiots behind the scenes are using sock puppet accounts in order to promote this site.

1×bit has the money to hire better accounts not standing so low to use ordinary Newbies to sheer them up if they even intend doing so. We need to think before we judge and always be slow to judge. Since 1×bit decided to resolve there past accusations, there had being limited complains which is what we have being anticipating for.

But if you are not asking for a refund, what is the topic of your question?
The user has just asked to close the account and there might have various reason. Either that is personal or something like that. Also, the user might be afraid if mistakenly/unknowingly deposit large fund and then become scammed by you. It is not a worthy question by you. Base on the request of the user you should close the account and if not possible to close the account then you should provide clear information why you cant close the account.
