How do you investigate arbitrages? As far as I know people bet on different sportsbooks according to their odds to win any way despite the result or does arbitrage betting include the combination of prematch and live bets? (In live odds change frequently and significantly).
As a marketing team, we don't own such information. But it's quite a common thing for a bookmaker to don't like arbitrage bettors.
We won't share thoughts about how it could work, but there quite a lot of ways of detecting such activities, not only by device addresses.

Arbitrage betting itself means placing a bet on the opposite outcomes of the same event, which guarantees you profit.

And about the scams, you should avoid situations like this, users mustn't have a need to create thread here and get refund after that.

It's enough for some players, but as we can see in this post - even when there is a proof of deposits being returned - he still wanted to receive winnings.

In addition, there were no more replies from the user, which could be considered as a request closure.

I didn't request any refund in case you didn't notice. I just requested my account to be closed and it was denied to me ignoring my request by 12 calendar days.
We will ask our security team to check if there was an account closure request made from the email connected to the 1xBit account that wasn't blocked yet.
But if you are not asking for a refund, what is the topic of your question?

Sincerely,
1xBit team

We can close an account on player's request, but that doesn't guarantee a refund.

You can everything. But you never do. If you can close an account on player request, why wasn't my account closed on 29 July on my request?

There, I left my honest review.
In case it gets "lost" here it is.

My experience with 1xbit.

I saw that they have a huge offer for sportsbetting and decided to try them.

Deposit was easy and fast.

Played there for a while until one day I couldn't log in to my account.
Opened my email and contacted them about my issue.
They replied with their generic response that I violated their ToS and they are stopping doing any business with me.
Then they allowed me to log back in.
They voided all my winning bets and then told me to withdraw the rest of my funds from the account.

This is my honest review of this betting platform.

So your story are almost the same with all of the victims here? that either they will totally banned or at least will let their Deposit funds recover but not their winning ?

wondering how they run their business in shadiest way.

they will allow you to play , either win or lose but will never let your winnings goes out instead they will take it back and will give your initial deposit and banned you permanently .

so one great thing in  their business is that surely the company will win but won't lose at any cost  Grin

They deserve an accusation against them since they didn't return his funds.
There are quite a lot of users trying to refund their lost bets with the same excuse.
We can close an account on player's request, but that doesn't guarantee a refund.
Still, we see that the player macedounius have managed to proceed a withdrawal before the account closure, which might be considered as an indicator of his adequate behavior while playing.

And despite all of it, his account wasn't closed by request, but by the results of the investigation of the security team - they have found violations committed and closed his account.

What do you mean by unfair bets? Is it something if anyone win the bets then you will called it unfair or there is something difference? And you will not give refund as the user is already in profit but will you give refund to those users who is in lose? Would you like to explain it clearly?
Winning is not a violation on 1xBit. But winning via various schemes like arbitrage is.
If you just play at 1xBit, without intentions to circumvent the ToS (which you are agreeing to by placing bets) - there won't be troubles.

In case here in 1xbit, a lot of issues are continuously arriving without any proper resolution from their support.
Resolutions being provided, and it is seen by dozens of resolved cases mentioned in our signature post.

Despite of it, most of the issues are coming without any proof at all, just words posted by a few seconds ago created account. Still we process them to ensure that there were no mistake made from our side.

Sincerely,

Wtf?
So what about my Sent email on 29 July? Is that an indicator of what for you? I never received any answer from you since that email. Just keep ignoring my request to close my account is the proper way to answer this?

I contacted block department as stated in terms requesting to close my account immediately. They were negligent not closing or even answering my email, do you understand that?

I withdrew 0.31 mBT of the deposited 64mBT...

My account was closed by violating your rules? That is new to me. So once again please answer: WHY WASN'T MY ACCOUNT CLOSED ON MY REQUEST ON 29TH JULY?

Tell me one reason, also why didn't I got a single reply about my request?

I think you meant, they don't create any problems when deposit. Yes, they don't, cause they are well-known scammers. You will get their site super fast, easy to use, and attractive with big bonus. they attract people to come to their site, when you will join, at first they will give you some winnings to withdraw after that when you will come back with a big amount of deposit then they will freeze your account and give you a reason that you violate their TOS. A simple way of scam.
Depositing could not be a problem because nobody knows what you are going to do with your deposit and how you deposited it neither. Of course, it is going to be a problem based on the way you gamble and not how you deposited, how are they going to know what type person you are before the deposit even happens?

This is why I think it is quite honestly obviously that people will be depositing and then do something that will be bad and then it will be hard to withdraw because they are doing something bad.

At the end of the day withdraw is the last place you can catch these people, we have also seen people who failed to even continue gambling, they weren't even withdrawing, they were doing something against the rules and then they got their account frozen and that is the good thing about casinos, they can get to you one way or another but before that you have to do something against the rules and that requires you to first deposit and do it, they can't just ban you before you do anything.

★Bitvest.io★ Play Plinko or Invest!
Betking.io signature campaign is already gone and the campaign only made the accounts of those that joined them somewhat unusable given that they have a red tag for joining which is a big no-no for legitimate campaigns here. How long will 1xbit pretend that there's nothing wrong and just go back to their old self.

It is perfect review which usually happen. This type of review may happen each player of 1xbit. I think there is no reason to check any scam site for the loss of your own. If you made loss on your bet then they would have not tell that you violated terms and void all of your bet and they never allow you to avoid your deposit amount. This site is not anything but scam.

I couldn't withdraw because the deposit wasnt credited.
Your thoughts are wrong because you are ignoring the fact of my health injury.

That's why 1xbit offers account closure, to protect players I believe but the system didn't work. You can say: so why did you continue playing? If so why is there an account closure option? To prevent cases like this I believe.

He wasn't able to make a withdrawal!
That's also the issue.

Right now you are either trying to create a fake issue or talking about someone other than @macedounius.
If you are speaking this way, it would be better to be clear about what you mean and who you mean, because at this point you are consciously or unconsciously misleading everyone.

That would be an error from their bots or support wtv. The user cannot be punished by that kind of errors. All I'm asking is an apologize and a refund. It is easy to rollback those transactions and refund to the moment I requested my account to be closed.

To understand the situation better, I would like to ask what happened step by step, because this bold text changes the picture of this situation quite a bit.
Does this mean that you made a deposit, sent an email shortly after asking for your deposit to be returned and your account closed, then you started playing and you lost that deposit?

Yes exactly. When you are addicted you have some times that you are lucid and I had one of those times when I sent the email. I never got any reply on that email so far.

I continued to play up to 10th August when I sent a new email.

Step by step:

On 29th July I sent the specified email to [email protected] requesting to close my account. I had loss much money and I intended to have help to stop. I also had a pending big deposit on that time.

That email was never answered. I was completely ignored. I received my deposit on next day and I continued to play and depositing more.

On 10th August I sent a new email and it was instantly closed. The issue here is the fact my emails on 29th July were ignored completely.

I'm asking to be refunded to that moment when I asked to have my account closed. After that I lost over 60mBT between new deposits.

I must admit that this is quite a complicated case. I have not heard of a situation where the casino would give back money that someone lost without the system mistake. Im sure you feel disappointed because account has not been closed, but just like you sent the email, you were able to withdraw your deposit. Probably also if you had won and not lost, the situation would have been different.
Anyway, I wish you good luck!

There is too much unsportsmanlike behaviour by the 1xbit scammers and you are part of that process.

Can any representative of the 1xbit scammers explain what name and address should they put on the summons if they want to start litigation against the 1xbit scammer?

Placing a bet knowing that this bet is controversial to your previous bet, which will eventually help you to be in profit in any way - that's an example of unsportsmanlike bet.
Looks like OP finally stopped updating this thread , so what can we see next their Signature campaign and the HONEST review campaign will end shortly? does the effect of bumping the issues here comes finally?  Wink

As for their honest review thread, what was the point of even setting that up when it did nothing to provide confidence to those that had been scammed by the 1xbit scammers? It was a PR disaster.

They are using the Honest review as defense as they are nothing to prove but to use some paid  strategy to try clearing their ruined sit.

1xbit should clarify how users have violated the terms. You can't just say that the game was unsportsmanlike. If they do, they have the right to cancel bets. But now the suspicions are running against them. If there is more explanation, it would make a big difference to the reputation.
If they want to do this , then it should be from long time ago but instead they continuously hiding in their "Violation of Terms" in which must requires proof, because you can just keep telling people here and there about that reason when there is not clarity.
look how many of the claims about this same issue and they are given the same reason again and again?
that the banning comes from Multi Accounting in which always the same reason of scam sites.
they should have open those proof before their reputation totally ruin because of their own actions.

Look at this:
I contacted 1xbit through chat and they told me, like ToS to contact [email protected] in order to get my account closed immediatly.
I sent the email on 29th July to [email protected] asking to close my account permanently:
https://i.imgur.com/0qRc3e4.png

I NEVER got any answer on that email Thread and it was indeed sent to them.
They refuse to reply to any confirmation about that email. I sent screenshots and their customer support bots seems to ignore all my questions...
I wanted they to confirm why is my 29th July email being ignored!?

Isn't suppose to have all queries to be answered in turn?
Why was my 10th August email replied within a few minutes, and the 29th July wasn't?
https://i.imgur.com/sPVMZzn.png

It is impossible to have a conversation with them.
https://i.imgur.com/LY8bL1s.jpeg

Probably that first email was treated as a deposit issue, and it's possible that the account closure note was overlooked and now they refuse to admit it.
Either way, just closing your account won't help you. After all, there are thousands of other gambling sites where you can open an account at any time. I think you should think about more serious steps to deal with this problem.

That would be an error from their bots or support wtv. The user cannot be punished by that kind of errors. All I'm asking is an apologize and a refund. It is easy to rollback those transactions and refund to the moment I requested my account to be closed.
