I think they can get the reputation from another forum because I think I see their advertisement on another forum such as cryptotalk, and they run a signature campaign in that forum.
I don't know how it goes in that forum, but I think they need to clear or solve the problem first before promoting their website and gaining the reputations among the gamblers.
I hope that they have the goodwill to solve the problem and make sure nothing bad happens in the future.

And if they really want to clear the mess, they will solve it one by one, so they can get a clean reputation in any crypto forum.

They are not here to solve cases. They are here to make even more victims. There is no new management at all.
