Hello to all on forum. I want to tell you that 1xbit.com is biggest scam on internet betting, and I am writing you this to take care of it, and not lose your money like me.
I deposited 4500 Tron in currency on day 24.07.2021, i did freaking 5 games bet. Then I I won little like 6000 Tron. Then my account get log out, I thinked this is session time logged me out, but i tried many times with my user and password to login, and it said incorrect, but i save it as txt file and also did screenshot of it.
Ok then wrote to LifeChat, told them I can't login, and they said I need to write to security of 1xbit email and I wrote email., they after 6-7 hours told me this:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

Then I wrote emails again to back my money, at least to give me my deposited money, because I saw on forum they back deposited money to client's sometimes. I told them to give me my deposited money, and not give me the winnings on account, because i really deposited there my last money for betting.
Then they didn't respond to my messages. I sent them pictures I did of my account, because It is my first time I did picture of every mu bet.
I will post here all my pictures for my bet, account, deposit and message they give to me, this is total scam and I will activate all internet criminal because of this scam website.

I think that is what the 1xbit scammers means but we have to wait for an official reply to understand their perspective. No matter what they say can we really look beyond them using any means possible in order to selective scam those that play at their website in good faith?

I don't understand what you mean by a controversial bets I've been gambling since 2011 (10 years) so I should know better I know your site is not up to 3 years, so lets go practically because you mentioned the player trying to get profit in any way so if I should place a bet on; Man utd vs Chelsea game.

1st ticket: I place Manutd win
2nd ticket: I place Chelsea win
3rd ticket : I place on Draw

Is this an example of what you called a controversial bets? Because no matter the outcome I'll still gain and loses at the same time. If I'm wrong then tell me practically.

The point of the question was not to determine a term, but to indicate what the player did.
Placing a bet knowing that this bet is controversial to your previous bet, which will eventually help you to be in profit in any way - that's an example of unsportsmanlike bet.

We can continue listing such conditions, but they are already listed in our ToS.

That's total bullshit you can say that to a player on the pitch and not someone who placed his bet accordingly and won, what else is he supposed to do after placing his bet? Have you ever told someone who lost a bet that he had shown unsportsmanlike behaviour? We know that you are a Liar, and a thief but you trying to educate a reputable member only makes you look like a fool.

You can say someone is unsportsmanlike when he/she losses a bet and start crying and begging for a refund but not when he won, the only people showing unsportsmanlike is 1xbit because they refuse to accept the outcome of the game whenever they loses. I've been a gambler even before your scam site was clone from 1xbet.com.

Why are you showing unsportsmanlike behaviour?  

You keep avoiding the question. What is the name and address of the person or company that owns and operates the 1xbit website?

We have received a complaint on TrustPilot from Phil Adam on May 10 containing a number of the same account, which was answered and deleted by the OP afterwards.

The screenshot you've sent doesn't represent the date of your account creation, but it is seen that the month is the same.

This term is used in bookmaker's rules, including 1xBit, and it means unfair character of a game or a bet.

How could you return my funds on May 10, when I opened account on May 24? Liar and scammer!

Sometimes you people act blindly, with all the proven scams against 1xbit you still have the guts to deposit money on the site. The beautiful thing is that the forum will not fight for you as you have been warned severally to stay away from 1xbit. Kiss your account bye your money is gone forever.

All my bets in all my accounts were placed using same conditions. If all the bets are placed within the rules why did you close my accounts? I'm guessing it is a misunderstanding here.

That sounds like a total bullshit answer in addition to being unprofessional, as you're responding to him in public and calling him unsportsmanlike (a term I've never heard applied to gambling, by the way, but I'm not a gambler).

With all of these scam accusations against your company, you'd be well-advised to not throw gasoline on the fire you created with posts like the above.  I'm convinced 1xbit is a scam to the core, but I don't think I've left a negative on your profile yet.  I'll correct that oversight right after this post.

Our security team has checked your account, turned out there is a violation from the player took place.
In that case we recalculate all odds placed on all of his accounts 1:1, and the final balance in your specific case is negative. Which means you have already withdrawn an amount bigger than the amount of your deposits, or your bets are simply lost.

Since wins were received in an unsportsmanlike way, your account was closed to prevent further damage.
Your account is still in profit after all.

First I made a deposit of 8499.80 TRON, played, and got not much money, about 11 000 TRON. After an hour, they blocked my account, I wrote to the security 1xbit, they told me that they stopped cooperating with me because of violated rules (they do not tell me who), and that they blocked the account. I sent 10 emails to get my money back, at least the deposit. They refused and did not return the email.
