What is this?1xbit.com Is this any fake website who steal money from people who deposit money? I deposited 650 USDT on my account on 02.11.2021, was betting, then I lost some games, some win, then I tried to withdraw 642 USDT to my wallet, but I didn't get my money on my wallet, also I have been logged out from, my account. I bet on 5 matches of which the first 4 lost, and I was very nervous. Then I went live to another match which luckily for me won. Because the stakes were high I took pictures before the match won, and after the win.
But after the victory I was disconnected from my account. I got confused and tried to log in several times but it was unsuccessful.
Then I wrote in the email from security 1xbit why my account is blocked. They sent me a message after 6 hours that they stop cooperating with me and I can not bet again. I tried to log in again to the account AND WHAT TO SEE, my ONLY winning bet was refunded. I asked them why my only winning match was refunded, and they told me that I KNEW THE MATCH BEFORE IT ENDED. WHAT !? HOW !? I have proof of this and I will send this to court, and I will open a lawsuit for this event. They do not allow you to win, this is the biggest proof. I sent 10 emails, with pictures with evidence but THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED! Here, see all that I'm talking about. Although I understand where you're coming from this request does not make any sense...
Multiple users posting on behalf of the same business's customer support will clearly give the same "general responses" to issues from time to time. Replies are standardized, more or less, so I personally do not see any fault here. You are not the only person who was asked at some point "did you try turning it off and on again?"
I've seen the negative feedback and complaints against 1xBit but this is not plagiarism IMHO ...

In this case (as far as I know) the last answer was that the case was referred to the security team for clarification:

It can be said that the investigation takes a long time, but the truth is that we do not know yet the end of this case.

Hello, I posted this message 2 times on TrustPilot, but 1xbit don't care about customers, steal money and stopped replying. I am trying here, hope I will solve the problem.
I was afraid to start using 1xbit because of lots of negative comments, but I took a risk. Listen to my story, it's not different as previous ones, it's the same.
I deposited 0.5 ethereum, did a few bets and tried to withdraw 1.4 eth. After about 15 minutes, I was logged out from account and couldn't log into again. I asked customer service what's going on, they told me to write to the security department via email.
I received an aswear that they stop collaboration and don't let me withdraw my DEPOSIT!
I just received an information about to stop collaboration with me and not to allow to withdraw my deposited funds (0.5 ETHEREUM).

I think you should edit your spam text, because you got the answer a long time ago and even if you missed it, I was sending it to you myself.
1xbit.com stole my money.
1xBit doesn't stole money. In case of an account being closed - our security checks it and, depending on the results, restores or refunds it - in both scenario funds are being returned to a player. It is written in our ToS and seen here on the forum.
The same pattern should apply here, once we got a reply about your case - we will post it in this thread. But still you will receive an email in case you didn't yet.

I want to show you what the 1xbit algorithm is. You can not win there. you can only lose.
This is proof of that. This is what and how this can happen.
I created an account for the first time on this web site yesterday, and made a deposit twice. Once 890 USDT and once again 500USDT.
I bet on 5 matches of which the first 4 lost, and I was very nervous. Then I went live to another match which luckily for me won. Because the stakes were high I took pictures before the match won, and after the win.
But after the victory I was disconnected from my account. I got confused and tried to log in several times but it was unsuccessful.
Then I wrote in the email from security 1xbit why my account is blocked. They sent me a message after 6 hours that they stop cooperating with me and I can not bet again. I tried to log in again to the account AND WHAT TO SEE, my ONLY winning bet was refunded. I asked them why my only winning match was refunded, and they told me that I KNEW THE MATCH BEFORE IT ENDED. WHAT !? HOW !? I have proof of this and I will send this to court, and I will open a lawsuit for this event. They do not allow you to win, this is the biggest proof. I sent 10 emails, with pictures with evidence but THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED! Here, see all that I'm talking about. 1xbit dont want to pay my money, they refuse to give me my money, they steal from me!
I sent email, writing on chats, everything I did and they not responding to me anymore, and they not give me my money.
They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam.

Well, that is not surprising. 1xBit is likely one of the shadiest casinos in the whole gambling business.
Now, I bet that an army of sock-puppets and ass-lickers will come here and claim that all of these accusations are false and that it is all part of a big conspiracy against 1xbit by the competition.

It has been proven that someone buys or rents debted 1xbit accounts just to create fake accussations. So it is obvious that some of these accussations are fabricated.

What is this?1xbit.com Is this any fake website who steal money from people who deposit money? I deposited 650 USDT on my account on 02.11.2021, was betting, then I lost some games, some win, then I tried to withdraw 642 USDT to my wallet, but I didn't get my money on my wallet, also I have been logged out from, my account. I sent email to security of 1xbit, they respond that close my account because some rules are broken, and not giving reason about it.
