1xbit dont want to pay my money, they refuse to give me my money, they steal from me!
I sent email, writing on chats, everything I did and they not responding to me anymore, and they not give me my money.
They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam.

Hello, I posted this message 2 times on TrustPilot, but 1xbit don't care about customers, steal money and stopped replying. I am trying here, hope I will solve the problem.
I was afraid to start using 1xbit because of lots of negative comments, but I took a risk. Listen to my story, it's not different as previous ones, it's the same.
I deposited 0.5 ethereum, did a few bets and tried to withdraw 1.4 eth. After about 15 minutes, I was logged out from account and couldn't log into again. I asked customer service what's going on, they told me to write to the security department via email.
I received an aswear that they stop collaboration and don't let me withdraw my DEPOSIT!
I just received an information about to stop collaboration with me and not to allow to withdraw my deposited funds (0.5 ETHEREUM).

Don't understand what's the reason of no longer collaboration, but I've never seen that bookmaker steal user's deposit. I hope customer service here will solve the problem and you give me back deposit at least.

@manager1xbit, hope you gonna solve the problem and will let me withdraw my deposited money. You don't reply to my messages, you're pure scammers and all of negative opinions are true.

This is their old business! They know very well how to steal their customer's funds. I don't know how you deposited your funds on such a bad reputation website. If you spend a little time learning about their activities, you must not fall into their trap and lose your funds.

They have created this thread to address the allegations against them, but so far their activities have not been satisfactory.

You shouldn't be blindly influenced by the percentage of positive review on the trustpilot start page because if you're willing to move the cursor a little bit down then you'll get a lot of negative review on a site that has a total of 16% ^{[negative review]}. It would be insane to make a deposit when you find this site is having problem with its customers more than 15%.

Remember, positive review made on trustpilot are not completely true because sock puppet or part of them did it ^{[fake review]} while negative reviews are fair review from those who fall victim to it.

A legitimate casino would never ask for or pay for fake reviews. What does that say about 1xbit?
But this is their business model. They want their customers to believe they are always good, never screwing up. People who write such reviews must be absolute idiots.

I followed many, many reviews on TrustPilot, and actually I see 1xbit stopped replaying for last 3 weeks to almost all people, who can't withdraw their deposits or get scammed by this service. Joke as hell.
People put their hardly earned money to 1xbit service, and even can't get back deposits. I'm shocked that this kind of service can work and nobody doesn't do anything with that. Of course they always can persuade that you break the rules, but actually I guess nobody breaks, it's all about people win some money and 1xbit don't want to be on minus. If they are on big minus, they start to steal users deposits.

These positive comments look like fakes, and probably they are. For 3 weeks, they've stopped replying people who's money is stolen, joke, isnt it?
Basically I can understand to take my winnings, ofc it's not ok, but still better than stolen deposit worth almost 1300$ (20 mbt).

If you don't make mistakes on the site then you should care about your winnings and your deposited funds which you can then withdraw all of them. So don't joke with them because by far you know how reputable the site is that is said to go back to the bitcointalk forum to solve all its problems. I'm sorry you ignored the warning about the reputation of this site.

Manager1xBit, You really didn't come back to solve the problem but you just came back to attract the interest of many other victims through the signature campaign promoted by all account of sock puppet.

I created account 2 days ago, deposited 20 mbt, won 17, withdrew and I've been logged out from my account. Ofc useless chat employee recommended to write to the security department via email. I received a message they stop collaboration with me and CAN'T withdraw even my deposit. I don't know how it's possible to still exist after so many negative reviews and cases. They are just pure thieves. Pepole win some money, get banned and can't withdraw even deposited funds. Also they stopped replying aggrieved poeple at TrustPilot. I'm really mad, I lost 37 mbt, it's about 2400$. Ok, don't care about win, but give me back my deposit! I didn't break ANY RULE, that was my first and definitely last account on your service. The fun fact is I didn't take any suspicious bets, I just bet corners in yesterday's game Germany - Liechtenstein.

Do you have lost any money in any platform?  Do you visit scam accusation thread regularly? can you tell me how many scam accusation against this site? you are promoting 1xbit despite knowing they have a lot of scam accusation and get paid. The previous team wasn't stealing, and so do a new one. The only their mistake was to leave this forum, so the complaints were abandoned for 2 years. Should it make them legitimate?
We have contacted all the complaints creators here or through email, so there shouldn't be a single complaint that wasn't answered and explained.

Why didnt you resolve the issues in those two years? Why did you run away? As I have elaborated extensively in their topic, there is no 1xbit customer support team, they are merely a front, hiding behind fake anonymity, for 1XBET casino and 1X Corp N.V. company.
1xbit_official and Manager1xBit are either one of the employees of 1xBET marketing or an affiliate taking a commission. Everything else, including customer support, security checks, and payment processing, is handled by 1XBET and its departments.

This thread is fake they are not really trying to solve all the issues it's been two months since they created this thread, but what did they accomplish? Nothing, in fact, the scam reports and accusations are doubled yes they resolve few but there are many more coming in and they are not giving satisfactory answers to all their accusers and I'm surprised that they are not locking this thread, they are mocking those they scammed.

There are two accounts associated with the 1xbit scammers and they are probably operated by one person and sorry to say this but no matter how many employees they claimed to have in Support, they would not be helpful at all.

Their core operation is to portray the image of a reputable genuine gambling/gaming website but they are set up to selective scam their own members who unfortunately put their trust in the scam website.
