My suggestion always goes for both these coins because both are very active development coins which will help the people to make very good money if you hold them for the long term. Look at the potential of both the ETH and NEO but due to the similarity of their blockchain will help to increase their value.
If I was you I will choose the NEO because life itself is a game of numbers. I think 15 NEO will be more valuable In the future than to only 2 ethereums. I even heard some experts are saying NEO is more faster and scalable when it comes to developing dapps.
if we talk about for holding in long time, i'm prefered for hodl Ethereum than NEO.

As I see there was more sense to hold 2 ethereum rather than 15 Neo. It is interesting to get back to 1 year ago expectations and see such predictions as 1000$ for neo))

ethereum is better than neo, has an erc 20 token, the main one is being an eth cycle in buying and selling and a new ICO, holders more than neo, it's easy for hardfork to boost ether prices

i will choose ether. the use of a coin determines its value. ether is the first ICO platform. as of now, ether has been the most popular ICO platform, and most ICO coins are based on the ether platform.
I believe that these coins can be profitable in the long run. That is why I would invest in both coins. 60% in Ether and 40% in NEO.

Actually I have to admit that both good ethereum maumpun neo are currently pretty good coins, but if told to choose between them of course I think it's better to make ethereum, because from the time it was clear ethereum was more reliable and recognized and neo was new.
I will suggest Ethereum over NEO at current time. NEO is a good coin but Ethereum is way ahead of it in usage and popularity.
I choose ETH for the better because the market wants them to be higher than the NEO, but it's not like that investment portfolio that I use, I will buy more on a few stable coins to minimize the risk of crypto investment.

For me, i would do both, rather than focusing to a single project, this is to leverage your income or to minimize the possible losses in the future.
I will choose to invest 2 Ethereum for a long term because i believe ETH will increase to $ 10,000 and take high profits if invest in it now.

I guess you are not thinking like this anymore:) Because neo couldnt rise to 1000 dollar in 2018:) But if I prefer one of them, I prefer Neo because it dropped much than ethereum so it can get more profit if it see it's old ath at least. Is is better to hold 2 Ethereum or 15 NEO till 2020?

Ethereum is a more popular and established coin than NEO for the long term. However, at current prices, NEO is a bigger bargain.
Why should you make a choice between these altcoins? Hold both of them, as they demonstrate approximately the same growth speed. However, if you plan to invest in some ICOs better pick Ethereum.
