NEO is cheaper and can be increased faster than ethereum in % which can bring you more money (as it is easy to double a small value than the bigger ones)

Anyone that you choose that is really sure that you get profit becausw both is potential altcoin and the price become thousands of dollars in the next coming months and years. But the most coin who are very potential is the ethereym who become next bitcoin.

If i was in that situation , I really choose ethereum than investing in neo although neo is a good coin but ethereum is legendary , it survive many market crashed so it's credibility is outstanding and can pretty secure you investment.
I prefer 2 ethereum rather than having to speculate on choosing another coin, because we know that ethereum can now be used as one of the best and most potential coin platforms than other coins.
In my opinion, NEO is the best time to hold NEO, as NEO is a very good penny. ETH is just a bubble, while the market is down, and maybe for a short time. Coin prices will rise again
Neo will certainly give more ROI. You can bag a little ETH too. Price reduced drastically. ICOs are cashing out.

In my opinion ,if I were you I will invest in ethereum that investing in some altcoins although neo is a good coin though but the potential of ethereum is promising because it's been running for a couple of years so it's a good thing.
I would recommend Ethereum. I believe that this is a more promising area for long-term investment.
