Lakers just lost this one to Atlanta Hawks which give them 8-0 since Nate McMillan takes over the head coach position. This time Lebron James hurt himself and out for some uncertainty. Let's hope that was not any serious injury that he can still play this season. If not, then their back-to-back NBA championship dream will be in jeopardy.

It looked seriously. Whenever is someone else included with your ankles is not good. Stepping on someones foot or when your ankle twist and someone pushes you or put additional weight on your ankle when in state of twist. ( LOL i described it so, ...)   I think he will skip few games at least.
Let's hope it's not that serious, since he still plays before leaving the game, he maybe feel something, and they have to be more cautious with him, to make sure that the injury doe's not ended his season, seing by the replay the force applied on the knee, best is to rest him with Anthony for a week and evaluate the situation.

Who else is disappointed about Nets vs Magic?

Disappointed in a way of what? Well yes, that was unexpected but I think not all are fans of Nets here so they will just let it go. Surely, Magic fans aren't disappointed and to those bettors that placed a bet on them on that match as take note, Magic IIRC is on a 9th game losing streak prior to that match.

Magic played a great performance and that's it. We don't need any further explanation why the favorites Nets lost. Let's give credits instead to those who put up some good works on the Magic why they won.

I'm a nets fan and I'll never get disappointed in they lose, that's normal to a game, they are having some great streak but streak are meant to be over. Irving played well on his come back scoring 43 points but Harden's usual contribution is just missing in this game, however, it's understandable as Harden does not have a rest unlike his co stars but for sure they'll bounce back and start winning again.

Its just another unexpected lose but surely they can recover it those recent lose they get on Magic still a tolerable lose since Nets still give impressive performance but unfortunately they are been outnumbered by Magic. Nets still one of the favorite team by the expert to win the champ so expect them to bounce back after this lose.

Haters are actually laughing now. Cool

Current update about on his injury with recent xray on his right ankle.
https://dknation.draftkings.com/2021/3/20/22342123/lebron-james-injury-ankle-lakers-lineup-status-update-nba-news-anthony-davis

James’ X-Ray on his right ankle came back negative, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. LeBron is still awaiting the results of the MRI, but the negative X-Ray results are encouraging.

In a way that the last game they've when it's only Harden inside played with their bench is still fresh. But I guess the hype for that game has been killed right away.

When they've lost just this day to Magic.

Yes, it's just that the hype with their last match was still there but Magic really played well and I also appreciate it.

Had anyone seen this?

In the video it was seen that Luka Flirted with the lady ref, we can hear what  he said memes around saying about what Luka said.

lady ref : what foul?
lady fef : what foul?

Luka : I'm fouling in love with you.

haha..
I've seen that video and did some research that the girl's name is Ashley Moyer-Gleich. Yes, she's gorgeous and married.  Tongue

Lol. I saw that one. I'm not really sure what Luka really said to the lady ref, but the facial expression and reaction says he says something like that pick-up line in the video. Nevertheless, the NBA somehow needs extra curricular entertainment like this sometimes lol.
I don't know, but most probably that lady ref might like Luka (base on her facial reaction) as he is a really good looking guy and rising superstar.
In fairness to the lady ref, she's gorgeous too.

The lady is gorgeous, no question about that but she is already married with an NCAA referee too. This will be forgotten eventually but that very short time give some fans somethin to smile too, you can see more on that video in tiktok, been checking tiktok regularly so I know, lol.

We have good game today.

Dallas vs Portland.

This is the battle of great teams in the West, both are playing well in the their few games, especially Portland who beat the Pelicans twice in a row.
Portland at home and still underdog, what do you think guys, why they are underdog in this game?

Yes, it's surprising to see them as underdog against Dallas who went 1-1 in the last 2 games, while Portland 2-0, Lillard dropping 50 and 36 points respectively. They are rank 6 against Dallas in 8th.

I can only think of the reason why they are not the favourite is that Dallas beat a strong team last game, the Clippers. Not bad to stake some for Portland ML currently @2.x.

Portland played yesterday and Dallas got to rest.  That's the likely reason behind the strange underdog odds.  I think when they have their rematch of this game on Sunday things will probably look different.  I wouldn't put it past Dame giving his team the edge, but most people might take the young well rested team against the back to back old guys.

And yet Portland prove that back to back games is not a problem, and Lillard and CJ show that they are the best tandem in that game. Putting 31 and 32 point respectively.

While Heat has a problem with their back to back games. After such wonderful comeback 🤦🏽‍♂️

That was cute @Russlenat, it's been in stir online but the ref is already married, so no chance that they'll be together.

I also read some comments that if it's Westbrook or Draymond Green who did that, it should be an automatic technical foul.
This not related though but it's somehow making us interested more on the game and I'm sure since that went viral, maybe would be curious on NBA if they have not watch it yet.

I bet on them at odds 2.27.

For the Magic vs Nets, yeah, in order to beat a team like Nets, your game should be perfect and that's what Magic shows us today. Irving has a monster game but he didn't get much contribution to other team mates. Harden below 20 points.

Portland has improve as a team when CJ returned, in this game he scored 32 points and 7/13 shooting in 3 point line. Lillard has find some relief as he will not have to score 40 points and bring the team to a win, they have Lillard now, they can share the load effectively.

What can you say about the Nets vs Magic game? Orlando snapped Brooklyn's winning streak. It was really a good game, Kyrie Irving is back scoring 43 points, but Orlando responded with Aaron Gordon's 38 points. I thought that Magic will come back as they have cut the deficit to single digit many times but Gordon, Vucevic and Fournier keeps them in the fight and responded.
Nets mostly lose against team with good center and forwards.
Mavs (Kristaps), Pistons (Grant) and now with Magic (Vucevic).
IMO, that could be because of the small line-up they mostly use to let Jordan rest. Next to him, Jeff Green will be the one to shoulder defending this huge guys.
Magic was hot and Vucevic was all over the floor. 22 points 14 rebound and 8 assists. Almost had his triple-double.

We can't say its a bad night for the Nets, Magic just did better.

I don't want to think more or any excuses why they lose, Magic just had a great game and no team is unbeatable in the NBA, even Lakers loss against a bad team or even the Nets loss against the Cavaliers 2 times. Don't worry, they'll come back, bounce back a win and start a win streak again.

^^ Definitely, Philly and Bucks will be the biggest test for Nets in the East. Joel playing MVP level (although is he injured), and then the resurgent Bucks with Giannis again playing very good basketball as well.

It's just the spotlight on the big 3 of Nets right now, initially many thought that it won't work with Harden and Irving playing together, but so far they prove as wrong, although their winning streak might be stop today by the Orlando Magic.
I'll take Phili as the biggest threat in the east for the nets, if Joel will be 100% healthy until playoffs this be for sure it will give trouble for the nets, we see how they push the raptors, without the lucky bounce by Leonard they would have been in the finals, and I think they have now more experience on how to handle and play in pressure, embid will be hard to stop underneath Jordan can't handle embid for sure.

Yes, Philly has been in that situation before, they wouldn't want to lose it again if it presented to them against the Nets in the playoff. Joel as I have said is playing impressively and Simmons has move forward the trade rumour that's why he is also playing good as well.

We want to see Joel healthy and the Nets big 3 as well to see who is the best in the East and I would say who's going to top the Eastern Conference might have a good chance as well to become the NBA champion.
