I somehow doubt that 100 % consensus is possible. Maybe only if option is to finish regular season part in full capacity, but question is whether that is something that could happen at this point, without severely affecting draft and the next season.

It is always interesting see what Adrian Wojnarowski has to say about, as he has very good sources and usually knows what is going on behind the curtains

So NBA management is seriously considering cutting some teams off, and continuing season just with those teams that have realistic shot at the playoff, something that I though that they are not capable. Desperate times calls for desperate measures, hard decisions will have to be made in order to finish NBA season. It's like a removing a band aid, the faster they do it, sooner is over and with less pain.

Does anyone know situation in other US professional sports?

Without NBA, my TV is almost useless since all the stuff I need is already in my laptop, so for my TV to come alive, we need the NBA to be back soon.

It's not that easy, like other sayings that once NBA resumed the season, they should go straight into playoffs. I'd rather see a no post-season 2019-20 activity or delay the 2020-21 season rather than end the current season now and head to playoffs.

According to JJ Redick they talked about it on podcast of "the ringer" that those top 6 teams are good and safe to play at playoffs. However, the 7th and 8th seeds would be still contested by those top 7 to 12 teams. And top 13-15 teams woule be out of the season.

Yeah, as mentioned, he already got teammate who can take place for that penetration thing, however, Bron always did it better than his teammates. Kuz ain't that type who can drive as tough as Bron neither Caruso, Green or whoever but I like how they manage to maximize, and rotate their 3 big guys Dwight, McGee and Davis. Maybe that was brought up the team to what is it now.

I have also noticed that he is not much doing the penetration move unlike when he was at Cavs and Heat.

Lebron's defense is already there, we can't take that away from him as that has been hes strength even from the very start, he can even take the center position and compete inside, that's how good he is, a big and tall guy who are quick.

He has develop his style of play, from very aggressive kind just to get an offense to a ball handler now, he also has a good vision in the court that is why he was able to find his open teammates that would result to an assist record for him, maybe he realize that he cannot take the burden alone, he needs to make his teammates get involve for the Lakers to be a better team and we have seen the result, they are the number 1 in the East and the favorite to win in the NBA championship.

Agree, he is not forcing himself to score at least 20 or 30 points per game, he has matured a lot, all he care now is to win as a team.
Besides, all the achievement he wants has already been achieve, so there's nothing to prove being an individual player, so he focus on a team as winning as a team is a big success, especially if he can give the Lakers a championship this season.

.. also I don't see Kai here maybe it will be change since the list still not final and the team owners will decide on which player they will choose.

It's impossible "for now" to see Kai there. He needs to play in G-League first but still no assurance.

The list is for the next season draft. Players that are now ready and fit to play in the NBA environment.

Lakers wasn't really playing all that well just due to offense this year and that made the difference. They may not be the best players in the league but they have awesome role players that helps them a lot too. Clippers had too many injury issues and if they come back and never get injured they still have a chance to be champions, but if not I would say its a tossup between Bucks and Lakers who will get the ring.

NBA now has a lot of choices and they always choose a young and healthy player, before NBA does are not getting international players, but now they do, so the competition gets higher as other countries had also improve their basketball to compete with the USA, and if we have seen the last FIBA world, USA did not win, it's Spain who win and Rubio and Gasol, an NBA players lead the team for that win.

There are so many young prospects right now and this TOP 60 prospect is solid the other free agent will struggle to find teams in this case, also I don't see Kai here maybe it will be change since the list still not final and the team owners will decide on which player they will choose.

Also I agree with you the competition internationally are getting more higher and I'm sure since NBA is a business they will get a player who have good fan base for profit and maybe Kai will be chosen since he's been hype to much by the media.

they need to take care of their health and it's just nice to see that Lebron James is setting as an example for everyone, at his age, he can still an MVP caliber and he get smarter and smarter as season pass by.
