It seems to me that the NBA management believes that the old format of the event is no longer relevant, and now they are just experimenting with it, trying to find the best way to get the audience interested again.

Will they clinch the playoffs still? Yes for me, but they aren't the favorites now to win the title. Not with a team that's at the bottom in terms of defense. Let's remember that the Celtics in 2022 are the top defensive team, and they reached the NBA Finals. The defense of the Bucks are just awful ever since they acquired Lillard. Bucks firing Doc Rivers? Nope it will not happen, and there's a chance that he will be the one coaching the team until the playoffs.

Make some adjustments before the playoff starts. That's what the Bucks need to do. They need to build the chemistry on the team as early as now because I'm afraid they might end up being at the 5-8 spot after the regular season.

You are of course right, it would be very unlikely for them to fire Doc after such a short sample size, but on the the other hand they should definitely admit they made a mistake.
The team was better with the previous coach, and that's a fact. Sure they can still turn it around. Maybe they will go for a run after the allstar break, who know. But until now they sure as hell don't look like a contender.
I remember when the Lillard trade happened, they were on top of the team to win the chip, odds wise. Now they are only in 4th place and if Dallas continues to play like they maybe they will fall more.

Defense is essetial if you want to win a championship. With the mindset they have at the moment I would say the season is over after the 2nd round of the playoffs, or if they fall in the standing maybe even in the first round.

Draymond will once again cost GSW a fortune.

I think GSW should make some changes if they fail to enter the playoffs. The Lakers are making every move to get another player while Lebron is still in his A-game and GSW should do the same because Curry's effort will be wasted.

If this kind of behavior will continue, it might drag the entire team down. This antic of Draymond's should stop because it might put the team's play-offs goal in jeopardy. His absence was already a big loss to the team. That should be enough for him. Now that he's back in the game, he should shape up. He shouldn't add an unnecessary problem to the team that's already falling short. Curry is still dependable, but Klay has somehow softened a bit inside the court. His stats are quite low.

For some reason Jacob toppin from the Knicks is in the dunk contest. He has been on theor g league team and just came up a little bit ago because knicks have like 5 or 6 guys out long term. I loved when the dunk contest had stars in it. Seems now like it's more unknown guys going at it. I too liked when it was east vs west. Seemed like kind of a rivalry. Still entertaining.

McLung electrified us with his dunks last year and he put the crowd on his feet. And so we will see if he can defend his belt here. Not sure why though the entries is just 4 for this year, and it includes, Jaylen Brown and Toppin.

I think Toppin will be a close second here as I think McLung will put up another show for us fans.

And that is what we should be expected from Klay, him and Curry used to be called splash brothers, but this season, it was only Curry who are consistent to try and bring a dub for them and Klay or even Draymond are nowhere to be found.

It's just a news though for the Warriors to acquire Lebron, but I don't think that Lebron will leave the Lakers though. He has invested so much for this team and most likely will stay until he returns or play with them till Bronny finally go and play in the NBA.

They're able to beat Utah Jazz on a 3 point lead. While many have been talking about the trade deadline a week ago and his face was caught frowned. This was his answer to that, well done Klay. And speaking of GSW, I was surprised that the management have tried to acquire Lebron and talked with the Lakers for a potential trade last time.

Draymond Green used to be a good player, he was a great defensive beast, and he was an amazing playmaker as well for that team, considering they had a different version of triangle offense, Draymond was the one inside, or even when he was outside he passed well. I remember him being the best player in Warriors at game seven of the year they lost to Lebron as well.

However, he became worse, much worse, he is nowhere near the level he used to be, he is definitely not even remotely talented anymore, which makes him angry. This results with him trying to do "more" action, as in he is trying to show that he is doing something, and he is not worthless, and all these antics of him, is just a way for him to show what he has done, because if just plays on, he is a nobody.

It's crazy. Utah Jazz went back in the 4th quarter. Klay Thompson was already hot with 35 points but the Jazz won't give up easily. Markkanen shooting threes. Collins getting offensive rebounds for a second chance opportunity but he made a big mistake on that last play where he threw the ball way far and turned it over.
Anyway, that was a fun offensive game and I enjoyed it. Both teams are playing hard before the All-Star trying to boost their confidence before the long rest.

Exactly, I believe haters will not acknowledge Green contribution but without him Warriors is a defenseless team. His tactics of triggering other players through his aggressive moves makes other team lose focus because they become distracted on getting back to Green leaving Splash brothers free to do their role. I really doubt they will kick Green because he is more valuable on defense than Looney as center.

I think the main problem of GSW right now is Klay Thompson is very cold and not performing the expectation to him which is dealing a lot of points like Curry still doing right now.

It would be insane if they'll fire him now, they have to finish the season and evaluate. Besides, Bucks are still on a safe side, their ranking still quafies in the playoffs, so still more games to make an adjustment and let's hope that they'll find the good blend to win. However, I think that alone is the problem, honestly, based on my personal observation, I think they gave up a lot just to get Lillard which I think was not on his prime anymore.

His stats have dropped a lot, from 32 PPG to 24PPG now with his new team. In terms of adjustment, I think he had alrady adjusted with the team but his performance is not anymore on the superstar level, just like their game vs the Memphis, he had a lot of mistakes in that game. Maybe one of the reasons on their struggle was due to the absence of Middleton, they are missing a shooter that could supposedly help them space the floor. Hopefully he'll return after the all star break.

I don't think Bucks would fire Doc because of what is happening to them right now. I think Doc should take the blame alone; some of the players too should be responsible for what is happening. Dame has not been the same player he was last season; I don't know if it's the off-court issues that have been causing this performance of his or if he is struggling to run the offense of Doc Rivers's game plan. Or he just wanted to be traded to the Heat LOL Grin

Also, Brook Lopez has been missing in action in the past few games. Giannis is carrying this team on his back.
