Only gamblers would be happy IMO as we fans wants to see a longer series, am I right?
Yeah, It would have been better and more entertaining if you one wouldn't have to wait for a day-free before we can get another NBA game till Raptors vs Bucks series gets done and over with.

Raptors are really on a rampage tonight! There is no way they are blow up a 20 points lead with less than 20 minutes to go, is there?

Now, this is what we called an entertaining series, it's officially tied now and both teams have won with a big margin.
Congratulations on those who put their bet on the Raptors now, it's just tonight people are expecting too much on the Bucks to play and win.

Maybe Raptors are just too undevalued tonight since they struggle winning in game 3, but let us not ruined their moment, they won, so congrats to them.

Thanks blazers had been sweeped by the warriors. I can't seem to see any reason that they could snatch one game from them because they can stop the ball rotation of the warriors. Also another reason is their lack of experience in the playoffs especially in a conference finals.

You are happy, did you manage you put some bet on warriors 4-0?

Please stop using the superteam idea. They are not. They just really worked hard for it.
The last three games against Portland just shows it. They have the heart of a champion. Even their bench have it.
Yup, superteam is not appropriate since it's the system of the Warriors that really works and of course lucky they have the Splash brothers, the two deadly 3-point shooters in the NBA. Even the role players understand their roles and step up their game when badly needed.

Now games will be watched every other day.
Damn Portland failed to protect their homecourt and now we will be waiting for NBA Finals in which could take 1 more week if Game 7 will be necessary.  Grin

Still I loved how the Portland plays. They might create new plays next year since they saw how Leonard played in the first half. They are too inclined with McCollum and Lillard forgetting their role players which can really make some good plays.

Congratulations to the GSW for winning the WCF without Durant, Cousins and Andre. Something which should really be celebrated.
This proves Curry is really the heart of the team.  Cheesy
Oh!, and another record is made. 2 players with triple double in the playoffs. Just WOW!

The fact that Portland had 17 point difference for 3 games in a row and lost them all shows how warriors are basically beyond everyone's levels.

They do not "give up" but not because they are working hard and have the heart of a champion and come back, no, they do not give up because they are simply better and even if you lead them by 17 points they can totally keep playing their great game and as soon as you stop playing that well they reach back and win, you can't afford to have too many bad minutes against warriors, they are not going to suddenly start playing horribly (except against clippers lol), they are really just going to keep playing the great game they do and if you play good and your own game for 48 minutes then you can totally beat them but all teams lose their rhythm for couple minutes and then warriors destroy those teams finishing the game.

I understand a sweep if it's really a "literal sweep" from the start. What I mean here is, Portland Trail Blazers have lots of chances to snatch the game even from Game 1. Not rooting for Blazers to win the series but at least they should won even once or twice. Their effort to reached the conference finals will now simply easily forgotten compare if they able to give a Warriors a good fight.

Anyways, Damian Lillard is now expected to get a supermax deal from the Blazers after what he did. Im expecting that other core players too will received a recognition in the off-season and not just him.

Bucks might take game 4 more serious and Giannis to adjust is more probably what we are going to witness tomorrow.

Kawhi Leonard able to limit Giannis' performance in 2/12 shooting,  0/3 from 3 and 2 turnovers in 41 possessions as of the record.

Same scenario happen when Giannis were contained in Game 1 against the Boston Celtics and after that he able to cope up on the following games. The Greek Freak already knows what to do. Adjustments will surely happen next game.

How about game 4 tomorrow, are you ready?

Bucks might take game 4 more serious and Giannis to adjust is more probably what we are going to witness tomorrow.

Well, TBH for the past 3 games in which POR had an huge lead entering the 2nd half and suddenly they can't hold it off, I guess there are still a lot of things they have to improve on. I honestly, don't take that this is the first time for a long time since POR played for the confe. finals as a reason but could be a factor. Experience and chemistry was the thing GSW used to overcome those leads, even without KD, DC, AI (game 4). Though it was really a good run for them, POR became more interesting to watch after this. I know they'll be bouncing back after this.

Bucks is always on the run to close the series as early as possible but in what I see Kawhi did a pretty good job defending Giannis, I'd hope that Bucks would also do the same in controlling Kawhi's offense. Being biased *I'm really rooting for the TOR, to win this series HAHA* but let's see what could happen in Game 4. East became much more interesting after LBJ's departure.

My current Top 5 players in the NBA

1. Lebron
2. Durant
3. Curry
4. Kawhi
5. Harden

Its almost unfair that the Warriors have two of the top 3 players in the league and they are showing that they don't even need Durant to win the title.  KD still doesn't get much respect after he won his rings because he had to join a superteam to do it.

Most of the discussions now are with the other conference, Bucks vs Raptors. While later, Golden State Warriors and Portland Blazers will have their last match if GSW will win this.

I guess people already gave up with this conference and chose to be focused with a better and more exciting much. Okay, going to join the discussion about Giannis with his gang and Raptors. Haven't watched the game instead I reviewed it with a replay, I was impressed that it got a 2 overtimes.  Shocked
That's a very intense match.

The last 2 games of the Warriors vs Blazers series was all disappointment to the fans, they are up 15 points or more but they gave up that.
Even if they will win in game 4, most likely they will be dominated on the road in game 5, so this series will end early as what most of us predicted.
Fans have to move on and accept that the Warriors already had the spot for the finals. And what's great about this achievement it's already their fifth finals, too great for them and one sad season of our fallen comrade. I won't mention the name of that great player who has a lot of fan here because it's truly a tough season for him. Waiting for him to catch up during the next season, we'll getting to focus now with Bucks and Raptors. Is it going to be a 2-2 for Raptors or 3-1 for Bucks?
On any competition there would be losers and winners so for Blazers fan it isn't really that bad for this team to reach up West conf. finals.

On game 4,i thought they would able to win yet they do lead up and the formation and shooting are good where the score is leading but they
didn't able to sustain for that long and let warriors able to cope up.Missing that one crucial shot to win the game is just really intense.

GSW swept the poorly portland trail blazers in four. Sad

The last match was a close one, but still the difference between the two sides is obvious. To be fair, Portland Trail Blazers have some very good players (Damian Lillard, McCollum, Meyers Leonard.etc). But their team bonding and coordination is not that strong. On the other hand, GSW is perhaps the most balanced team within the Western Conference. There is perfect coordination between their players such as Stephen Curry, Andre Iguodala and Klay Thompson. Even the absence of Kevin Durant had very little impact.

That's definitely the reason, both are good teams, but warriors are just winning with a better offense and defense.
The first half of game 4 lacks of offense, it resulted to a high scoring match and the Blazes lead the game, but in 2nd half, warriors showed their tough defense and that gives them the win. Game went to OT, and that's were the warriors dominated the Blazers as the pressure was all on the blazers.

-snip-
I don't consider the win be lucky. Kawhi Leonard was injured that game and what a game he showcased. He played I think 50+ minutes that game. Giannis was shooting poorly that game so I guess this wasn't luck. Giannis had a rough game.

Hmm... looks like Giannis got carried away with all the sudden attention he got during last week. Or perhaps his fans were expecting too much from him and he was under a lot of pressure to repeat his performance. He is just 24 years and far away from becoming a legend. Mike Budenholzer should remember this during the next match, and try to calm him down.
I don't think he got carried away from the attention he got nor the fans were expecting much from him he's just having a bad game that's all. If those reasons were given, probably at the start of the season or at the start of his career.

Unbelievable series and portland fans are still in shock.

They should get used to it, maybe they just overestimated the Blazers capacity to win, well, they have to accept the reality, and move on.
Bye for now, and continue practicing until they will improve in the following seasons.

GSW swept the poorly portland trail blazers in four. Sad
They knew they were out gunned and just couldnt for some reason hold 17 point leads at the half way point of their games. It was as if they offensively just shut off and let the warriors do what they do best and dominant in the final quarters of their playoff games each and every time.
Stephen curry and draymond green both got triple doubles in this game and Curry has a record 4 games with 35+ points in the post season.
Unbelievable series and portland fans are still in shock.

I wouldn't say that they are not a championship calibre team, remember Nurkic got injured by still with Lillard and CJ on the helm, they're able to upset Denver Nuggets and win against OKC. So that alone speaks the competitiveness of this team. But we all know that it is different facing GSW in WCF, they have so much experience in close out games and I think that what lack's Portland, the experience to be in this kind of high level basketball. I'm sure Lillard and CJ had learn a lot from this lost.
Warriors are not just head and shoulders above other teams, they'll make even great teams look so mediocre at their will, they can be that  good. They already knew what teams could tend to do each game and they always have a counter plan to each of their opponent's plan. It thought Lillard was going to be too much for them to handle but look at how effectively they handle him, I looked back at Lillards buzzer beating 3 points to end the series against OKC (which was very deep from the 3 points line), and compared it to back to back chances against GSW I wonder why he couldn't make either shot.

Lillard really looks soft in this series. Against OKC he has to go against Russell Westbrook, too much animosity between the two. Against the Nuggets, he has to overcome Jokic. But this time it seems the Warriors took out his comfort zone, he was always double or even triple team when the is outside or when driving and it makes him harder to get his rhythm going.

Let's judge and analyze the past playoffs.. in the last playoffs, they still won the WCF by beating the Rockets in 7 games
and that was the only exciting game last season, that involves the warriors as a team.

Looking at the ECF, the Cavaliers did dominate any team they are facing but whey they face the Warriors in the Finals, they don't even win a game.
Compare now the Blazers and the Cavaliers with Lebron, Cavaliers are still the better team,  right, so no chance they will win against the Warriors.

There you go. Warriors is waiting in Finals. I really thought, Blazers will steal game4. Oh my, they have 3.3sec left for the last shot in OT, they rush it. I knew it, it won't go, they rush it, the form is bad. Anyway, kudos to Blazers they put a good fight and it's really entertaining eventhough they didn't won even one game. Warriors is well rested before entering NBA Finals.

Another familiar scenario, Portland leads, then GSW made a comeback and wasn't able to produce the game winning shot.

Curry did have a crucial turn-over though that could have finished the game, a traveling violation. But it just delayed the inevitable as they swept Portland. They really put a good defense of Lillard on the closing seconds of the OT and wasn't able to get a good look.
The amazing Warriors have a pure heart not giving up even they've already been down a double digits in their 3rd straight come from behind wins against the blazers, is not just green, thompson and curry's but the whole supporting cast really gives what they've got snatching this sweep game.

KD and Iggy less warriors, an impressing team efforts that can lead them to the  3 peat that they've desire.
