Nah resting period won't really matter.

These players are professional and they used to play regularly. Didn't you know that after every game, they do practice the other day and their usual routines. So come to think of it, they are doing that for the whole season.

No such thing as long rest = advantage ; short ones = disadvantages.

Game 7 is on 28th if necessary. 30th is the finals. Neither who will win on ECF will have a good rest. The said team instead will be more pump up and excited rather than tired. Remember that Bucks last finals appearance was way back 1973. Raptors, on the other hand, doesn't have experience.

You know guys who of all us admire ECF the most?

If the battle at the East continues that way, then indeed the NBA Finals will be child's play for young Steph and his sandpit's buddies.

Or maybe do you think that ultimate fight for Larry O'Brien trophy has trully potential to be remembered? If that so, why then?

This is likely the case. the Warriors swept the Blazers and now given extra days to recover while the battle in the East is still ongoing. Whoever wins (Raptors/Bucks) will definitely have a hard time winning a seven-game series against the defending champs.
This is the advantage of Warriors where they do still have that time to take a rest while waiting for the possible team that they would face up in the finals and with that alone is already an edge.
I'm a Milwaukee fan but it seems they are struggling now and they shouldn't let raptors to let them lose on 3 consecutive.

Now my hope for Toronto taking this seri6in 6 or 7 is completely back. That kind of play is the reason why i'm rooting for Raptors since the start. If ever Raptors will enter the Finals, hope Kawhi will be at 100% or even Bucks. It's more entertaining if there's no injured in their key players if they faced the well rested Warriors.

Raptors seemed to have a good pace in the series and they won with a huge scoring difference.
I am in favor of Bucks but as this series is going ahead I think that either of the teams that are going to qualify is going to be tired and they will find a big barrier and difficulty when they will face GSW.

The extra resting days will matter hut now so much. If a team is there to win a championship they will win it doesn't matter what happens on the road to that. Warriors have proven against Portland they are still as good as the last year and both Milwaukee and Toronto know their chances are even smaller now.

Yes, those extra day of rest and recovery will surely help GSW at the end. I haven't heard any news about Iggy's injury though, so it's possible that he can play in the finals fully recovered with his calf injury.

Maybe GSW is enjoying the Toronto and Bucks series and are now preparing their battle plan, but then again, who needs a plan when there is Steph who has been waxing hot scoring 30++ points in the last 4-6 games if I'm not mistaken.

We all have our top 5 players, but we are very bias in making our own list.

I think I should include Klay Thompson, very underrated player, very good in both offense and defense, and we see how he handles Lillard.

There are too many good players at this point of time, and it is very difficult to pick 5 out of them. I agree with you on Klay Thompson (especially in the defense department). Golden State Warriors are blessed with very good players such as Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry, so sometimes we forget about how good he (Klay) is. I don't want to compare him with Curry or Durant, but he is integral to the GSW team balance.

My current Top 5 players in the NBA

---------------
Its almost unfair that the Warriors have two of the top 3 players in the league and they are showing that they don't even need Durant to win the title.  KD still doesn't get much respect after he won his rings because he had to join a superteam to do it.

Surprising that Giannis Antetokounmpo doesn't feature in the list. My pick for the top 5 will be as follows:
------------------
I have excluded LeBron James, as I think that he hasn't scored enough points for this season.

Listing all the underrated and starplayer then  1st-5th place wont be enough and yes we do have our own top/favorite players.Talking about Klay this one is really underrated
but all of credits and attention goes to Curry and KD.

The Raptors had executed the same game plan they are executing against the Milwaukee for the past 4 games. The only difference now is that the role players are contributing more than before. Kawhi only scored 19 points but Kyle, Powell, and Ibaka contributed a lot today in scoring. If the role players continue to play well in offense and defense, the Raptors will have a chance to snatch the conference title from Milwaukee.
If Raptors would continue this rhythm on game 5 then high possibility that they would able to snatch out the East finals.Bucks should really adjust and would love to see on their casual game play where Giannis is always on fire.

Thanks blazers had been sweeped by the warriors. I can't seem to see any reason that they could snatch one game from them because they can stop the ball rotation of the warriors. Also another reason is their lack of experience in the playoffs especially in a conference finals.

You are happy, did you manage you put some bet on warriors 4-0?

Only gamblers would be happy IMO as we fans wants to see a longer series, am I right?

I second the motion.  Grin
I want a longer series. I want to see more with the Blazers on how they could change their play every game.
But it is finished so we will just have to wait for the next fight against GSW.

At East though I have bets and it is not going well. Gianis seems to have a difficult time finding his rhythm or is it just his confidence which is down.
Before he could penetrate anyone and dunk the ball. But now, I dont think so. Worse is that Powell is the one defending him. That is a smaller guy in front of him but still he is being stopped.

Bucks really need to find some options even if Gianis cannot get those right plays for himself.

They can win even if Giannis will not focus on the scoring, his defense and his rebounding is extraordinary.
In this game, we saw how the supporting cast of Leonard helped him to win, so Bucks should do the same in game 5, Giannis struggle in scoring, they have to help him. I am confident that bucks will not allow to lose games 3 in a row, they just need to win at least game 5, and let this series more exciting. Even if it reach game 7, it's alright as they have the edge due to home court advantage.

It was a surprise that Raptors were able to win 18 points, after all their struggle, looks like they already found a way to beat the Bucks.
Momentum is on the Raptors now, they are more confident since they got 2 in a row already, if they can beat the Bucks next game, things might be positive for the Raptors as surely they will take this series out in 6.

You are right, that's why they win the game. It's like a chess match now, every game, adjustments are made, so game 5, I expecting the Bucks will show something new that the Raptors would not be able to counter the strategy.

They need to continue this compassions and the  unity upon them, Kawhai already got the backup that he needs, lowry, ibaka and siakam with gasol and the rest are all playing like a team now, and if this momentum will be inside their mindsets they will have a bigger chance to snatch this from the young bucks, ECF will definitely a game of dedications and survivals.

In the other sides, Bucks needs to be more aggressives they will now be challenged by their own system, needs to step up to win the match.

@Remainder. The Raptors defended better in this game and Kahwi had the support he needed from the rest of the team. The 2 overtimes from the last game and winning it might also have given them the confidence that they can win this series.

And just like that, with the win, the series goes down to the best of 3.

Kyle Lowry had responded again scoring 25 points but it was a team effort, I think they never trailed in this game  and had lead 15 points or more in the last 15 minutes or so. Good win for Toronto and it looks like we are in for another game 7 thriller.
