Wherever Lebron goes the team has been always overrated. What a bad start for them, they lost with their very first game. We will see progress in the midst of this season. So that's acceptable but I feel bad, starting the season with a lose.

They become overrated because Lebron is on the team, what else do you expect having the best player today.
We can still consider their loss tonight as they have just played their first game of the season. Still have plenty of time to adjust their plays.
On other hand, Lebron have changed his playing style in LA than in Cleveland. He have a lot of young talent to rely on plus he have Rondo a pass first point guard.

Yup in its sense people getting that shitload of money should play like a professional but not all players can do what he has done. He just basically forget that there is a beef between him and the rest of the players (especially Wiggins and Towns) and he played like he is still the best player on that team. Unlike other players where who they really want out which they ask the coach to bench them or worst not to show tgeir best in the court anymore Butler is still showing his value to the team.

I was wrong to doubt Booker. I was thinking he would be playing majorly on shooting guard position and Doncic would have beasted on him because we know Booker doesn't have a good defense but he was hided very well behind players like JJ and Doncic couldn't do anything, we got to give him it was his first NBA game ever but as a player who played on euro-league finals I am pretty sure dude wasn't that much excited about a regular season game, maybe just because it is the first ever.

I really believed Doncic would have beasted Booker but coach managed to hide that weakness. I wasn't expecting Sixers to be bullied that badly neither, I knew Celtics had the better chance now giving the fact that they have Kyrie and Hayward returned but I wouldn't have expected them to win a game when both of them played so badly.

Even though it’s the beginning of the season and there are still a lot of games to be played, I don’t think this heavy defeat is very good for the Houston Rockets thankfully this isn’t the playoffs and they have time to get back to their best.

Anyway, it was kinda of a weird game though. I'm not sure what was more shocking, to see Melo come off the bench for the first time in his career, Mirotic going off for 30 pts with contested deep 3s like Curry and post fades like Dirk or Elfrid Payton's new haircut. haha

That's always been the issue with melo. It's hard to find a team where he actually can fit perfectly. With pg and russ back in okc, one would think they can seriously contend for a deeper playoff appearance. I'm not really sure if the rockets will benefit from this acquisition.

It's just one game, I am sure they will make adjustment and Melo will eventually fit in the long run.

I can agree to that, watching them play as a team and still in a system guided by coach Pop, this team still have something that can be competitive against super teams, hopefully they will fully developed the chemistry and the team effort will always work for them, congrats for this game opener surely the fans like me enjoyed the game.
