Spurs lose against the Lakers 122-112 in OT. Lakers played from the last minutes in regulation with their bench and Kuzma. Looks like Coach Luke Walton wanted to rest their starters and give some experience to the young squad of the Lakers (Or tanking) who were playing great basketball, especially against a veteran team in the Spurs that had a back to back game yesterday. Great game for the Lakers and a fatal lost for the Spurs who are still debating about their seeding in Playoffs. Lets see if they can keep that streak of consecutive Playoffs clinched in a row.
I thought they could easily dominate the Lakers, but I was wrong because instead of dominating I see a different outcome.
Actually I root for the Spurs to win because they need that win to stay comfortably in the playoff race, now it just showed that they are not consistent.

Well we've seen how the spurs are capable of winning if their backs are against the wall last month. Many were already counting them off from the playoffs but now they're in the middle of it again so i wouldn't question the spurs ability to make another run to silence haters. The young lakers played really well one the other hand. And kyle kuzma should be among the names up there when we're talking top rookies this season

Lebron and the cavs have been red hot lately, they will play against the Raptors which I think is the best team in the Conferece, both teams have a really good offense which makes the Over a good play here, but I rather take Lebron and the Cavs to win. George Hill has been ruled out and Kyle Korver and Kevin Love are probable to play tonight. It will be the game of the day.
It seems the Raptors are productive during the season with winning so many games but by the post season they do not fair so well and can not complete in the clutch.
I think it's because they exhaust themselves getting to that point then their play goes flat during the playoffs.
The Spurs on the other hand I think will get further into the post season this year.
I just have a feeling after watching how their team has handled each other when it matters most in their games.
We can only tell that they are becoming a good team and a treat in the east if they can beat the cavaliers, what I am seeing is that they
are still being dominated by the cavaliers, now cavaliers are healthier and it's very timely because playoffs is in the air.
With their recent match, they've lost against the Cavaliers.

About Spurs, I have read some post on social media that Kawhi will transfer is that a real or just a fake one? If it's real does anybody here know the reason about it? I'm searching it but found nothing.
That will not happen, Kawhi is still recovering from injury and he is the best player in the San Antonio spurs.
If he will recover in the playoffs then once again the spurs are a very dangerous team and actually even without Kawhi, they are strong they strong as a team.
Yes they are strong and Kawhi is one of their contributor but I'm just curious if that post is for real or not.

But with what you've said that it won't happen, I've decided not to believe it.

Thanks.

For the West, Houston Rockets must not again choked. Literally they choked against the San Antonio Spurs recently. Hope that will not happened on playoffs as others are really expecting to them.

I must agree, The addition of CP3 is a big part for the Rockets, Let's hope that CP3 would not get injured in the entire POs game, unlike last year when he broke his hand. James Harden couldn't lift the rockets by himself if the unexpected thing happens.

Maybe the one you read is the hoax version of the trade rumors stating that a trade will happened although in reality, still it's 0% progress. One thing for sure, there are teams that want a piece of Kawhi Leonard but San Antonio Spurs is not the one who started the offer. Well then let's see. As of my own view is concerned, I see Kawhi Leonard will remained in San Antonio Spurs.

You could be correct, who knew, what's fact or a bluff. Same goes for the PG13, a lot were expecting for him to join the Lakers given that he showed some interest when his preferred destination is Los Angeles but ended up joining the OKC.

I can see the Raptors having trouble with Boston tonight.
They are a team when down by 10 points with 1 minute on the clock can come back to win the game.
I saw that happen mid last month and after seeing that will never bet against them.
But I believe Kyrie Irving was in the game at that time and I think he will be out tonight with injury.

Miami is on position number 6. If they stay on that position, most probably they will play against Cavs, that are going to start PO from position no 3 and I don`t think that they are happy about that. Pacers are 4 wins ahead of the Heats, Miami can`t catch that. Is there any possibility of losing some games and try to start Play Off from seventh position, just to avoid Cavs? Odds on Atlanta tonight is 4.25... I will try to exploit this theory of mine with some small bet to quadruple my investment  Cheesy

To be honest, Raptors is having a good run this season though I hope that they'd keep it up until the end. Though The Cavs are really in a good shape, they are for me the team to beat in the eastern conference.

Toronto Raptors and Boston Celtics really have a good run not just this season but on last season but they are outperformed in the end.

And now, they must proved that they are not the teams that only good at chasing the top spots of the conference. As also for me, Cleveland Cavaliers is still the deadly threat in the Eastern Conference despite their unpleasant record compare to those two.

For the West, Houston Rockets must not again choked. Literally they choked against the San Antonio Spurs recently. Hope that will not happened on playoffs as others are really expecting to them.

As for the Spurs, There was news about the departure of Kawhi but as of the moment, Kawhi is not yet having a public announcement in regards the issue. Though, He still has 2 years in his contract as he was offered by the Spurs management of a Maximum contract of 5-years last 2015. It's either he will waive his remaining years or request for an extension.

Besides that, Coach Pop already confirmed that Kawhi will not trade to anyone despite of his consecutive injury that start when the Great Pachulia intentionally injured him. Spurs is still in danger to drop out in play-offs after they lose to clippers for only 3 points.  Clippers is a poison.

Cavs wins again, Love presence really create good space for them, he help the team inside and outside, their chances to the finals are starting to
show back, though it's only a personal opinion but they've really playing so well after love came back to their line up.

Raptors which I think is the best team in the Conferece,
They are really the best in the conference by just looking at the standings they are #1. And if Cavs going to take over the spot they can't have it anymore since few more games left for them. The exciting part is about to come, are you guys excited with it?

Looks like we can see a clear matches now at the upcoming playoffs. I hope that Minnesota Timberwolves will maintain their 7th spot at the Western Conference. I see it's more way exciting to watch them played vs the 2nd spot Golden State Warriors than the New Orleans Pelicans.

I see the young Twolves will give more challenge to the Warriors compare to Pelicans knowing one of their main man DeMarcus Cousins is on injury list. Honestly Im not expecting a sweep here for the Warriors unlike last year where the only loss they received in the post season is during the finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

These are my hot matches on the lists: (if the current standings will be the final stand once Playoffs come)

Philadelphia 76ers vs. Indiana Pacers
Portland Trail Blazers vs. Utah Jazz
San Antonio Spurs vs. OKC
It will be an interesting match up if there's no change that will happen anymore regarding to the team standing, sixers without Embiid will be a good
test for Pacers, if they will take the advantage and advance to the next round, still too early but that injury really affect how sixers destined to rally
up inside the eastern conference finals.

Joel Embiid "might" missed only one or two games once playoffs started. Game 1 is a big advantage for the Indiana Pacers as surely Embiid will not play here but the way Im seeing Sixers are playing today, I think they can able to managed the Pacers esepcially now that their long time absentee Markelle Frultz is now getting it's shape and finding his rhythm.

And yeah San Antonio Spurs made it and saved their consecutive playoffs appearance streak. I posted here weeks ago about how long Spurs playoffs streak is. Smiley

Damn San Antonio Spurs! They need to mostly win their remaining games. I want to see them in playoffs as NBA usual playoffs is composed of teams together with San Antonio Spurs. Can't imagined this team will not reached the playoffs anymore. I want them badly even on 8th spot. But others teams are getting a hard play too for that last spot.

Hope Spurs can nailed this time and will not end their playoffs streak for I don't know how long it was already.

How long it was now? Here's some of the happenings that might give you an insights on how long it was now for the Spurs to be in playoffs: Smiley

-Nintendo64 was just released
-Bill Clinton was the president of the US
-Google didn't exist
-Titanic was the top movie
-Pokemon was just introduced
-Harry Potter didn't exist
-Kawhi Leonard was in kindergarten
-Tim Duncan was finishing college
-Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson and Steve Nash were rookies
-Lonzo Ball wasn't even born
