I wouldn't trade Kawhi for Westbrook, and lets not even talk about Kawhi + LA trade. That would be simply ludicrous.
Even if that trade happened I can't see Westbrook fitting in the Spurs' system, and he definitely would NOT change for Pop.

Spurs would never let go kawhi, he is a complete package type of a player and the spurs needs that kind of player to improve his defense. Once defensive player of the year and now already improving his offense, Lebron was even lucky he was not able to face the spurs and his Kryptonite Leonard.

I agree 100% with you.
Pop is too smart of a coach to let Kawhi go. When Pop traded for Kawhi everybody thought he was crazy

You can see the highest-paid NBA players by season from this wiki page. Last year it was Kobe Bryant for 25 million $. This year it would probably be Kevin Durant, he just signed a two-year 54.3 million $ deal with Golden State Warriors. That's 27.15 million $ per year.

Nope, it's not Kobe, Durant or Lebron the highest paid player. It's Mike Conley of the Memphis, his contract is worth of $153 million for 5 years. Insane right? I go crazy as soon as I saw it. Imagine its more than Michael Jordan salary when he was still playing or even Kobe Bryant or Lebron James.

On the team owner's side, it's not. For Kobe however, it is, and he may be underperformed last season, he still takes some great cash after he retires.

And that is great when you are a star because even if you are not good enough you will still be remembered on your past performance and how you take the team to be great, kobe deserves the pay as well as he is a one of the hall of fame for the lakers.

It's worth the pay simply because he is KOBE BRYANT. NBA is not just a basketball it also a business, so that why kobe desrves that kind of salary. But for Mike Conley, he has not yet prove anything, he also never been in all star.

That is on your point of view but for the majority of people although Kobe Bryant is just messing around they still admire him for his effort to make the lakers popular in the world, and because of him the franchise made so much money when he was still in his prime.

make one good investment to earn a lot more money not just in basketball but in all sport
he made them popular and they earn much more then they give him in that time
