Yeah its unfortunate he got that chant coming from fans from their opponent and they shouldn't act like that since Wemby is just starting up his career in NBA and play several games. It can lower down his morale since maybe he didn't get humiliated the same like that on his career. But I believe he will became more better player knowing that he has huge potential and it show how good he is on their past few games. Maybe he need to strengthen up his emotion and learn to ignore the fans saying negatives to him so that it cannot ruin his game and play more better without any bothered by any nonsense things. I may not see Spurs as championship contender for this season but maybe on next couple of years if they develop Wemby very well together with his young talented teammates.

I think Wemby has to really open his eyes with this kind of distractions in every NBA game. Definitely they are away from home and so the fans will go against him. Just wait till the playoff because that will be a different experience for him specially if they can go at least in the first round and face the top teams here.

And it could really put him to the test on how he is going to handle this pressure. Lebron James as well went into this kind of phase in his early careers specially going against the Celtics at Boston Garden. And even up to this day, KG says that they broke Lebron during that season. But look at how Lebron is playing right now, even at his age he is still looks like a prime Lebron but a wise one.

LOL, do you really buy into that? I think the Clippers are still in the process of finding their true identity. The trouble began when Harden joined the team. 2 games that ended in a very close game.

Golden State Warriors almost had the chance for overtime but sadly Steph Curry missed his layup this time unlike in the last game where he gave the Warriors a win through the same layup for a buzzer-beater.
But still thumbs up to them, they played a high-level game even without Draymond. Yes, it's not easy to guard Jokic but they somehow made it a close game as much as possible.

The other close game was the Chicago Bulls versus the Phoenix Suns. Damn, they did great defense against Kevin Durant. Instant double-team whenever he receives the ball and Alex Caruso was so damn good at pickpocketing him. The downside of a double team is leaving one opponent open but still, the Bulls rotates so fast that they could still catch up with the open man. The Suns win in overtime but again, thumbs up to the Chicago Bulls for making the game that close.
If they will keep on playing at that high intensity they will win their other games. Their next game is up against the Pistons, they will probably win that.

At the Western Conference, only the Jazz, Spur, and Trail Blazers are in the full rebuilding stage. Last season the Miami Heat even struggled for a spot in the playoffs and it could happen to the Clippers. And there's also the threat of injuries, especially on Kawhi.

They have their 2 towers who are both capable on offense and defense while Edwards is starting to show his leadership. A PG with good passing skills will definitely make them much better since the current roster is very good already. But if they have no other other option then Conley is decent. I just see his $24 million purse this year is too expensive but I understand that no other team will accept him with that kind of salary.

Are you referring to Conley with that contract? I know he had a huge contract with Memphis before he got traded, but he is a decent player, no longer in his prime, but he could still improve a team. I don't even understand why the Jazz let him go.

Yes, Michael Conley will be paid $24 million for this season. He's still decent and experienced but he is not consistent compared to players with lower salaries which is why he is not given that high playing time even if he is their starting PG. But most likely the management is just waiting for opportunities in order to grab a better point guard, someone who can pass very well to take advantage of their offensive potential.

Anyway, they won again. That's 4 straight wins already and they're sitting second next to Denver.

Looks like they're not gonna easily make it to the playoffs whenever they don't have Davis playing on the court rather they will just struggle once again to save a spot in the play-in tournament just like last time and this is an ugly truth for them since LBJ is not in his prime anymore and he cannot bring a team into championship without the help of another star player. Maybe if they can be still healthy throughout the season, they will have a chance to get back to the playoffs again but this time all of that dream is in jeopardy.

VanFleet proves why he is worth with the huge contract with the Rockets, being their point guard, and make it easy for his team to score, with 9 points and 10 assists in just 29 minutes of play.

The Warriors still ended up losing, which is a bummer. It could have been a thrilling game if Curry hadn't missed that shot to tie the game. Jokic also missed two crucial free throws that could have made it a two-possession game. The Warriors had a real shot at tying the game or even taking the lead, but it was just bad luck that their last-second play didn't work out.

Not having their 2 all-star players, Williamson, and McCollum really is a big problem for them.

The Pelicans not having Williamson on most parts of the regular season last year already made them look like an average team, and they went from first to barely reaching the play-in tournament. Not having 2 of their best players, and letting Ingram do it alone is a problem for them. Well, kid > a few games, so I guess it's understandable. As for CJ, I wish him the best, and I hope his lung injury isn't that serious.

As for the Lakers, not having Davis really is a problem for them as well... or not. We can say that the Lakers have the problem, but at the same time, we can also say that the Rockets might just be better this season because of their new coach Ime Udoka. We know what the capabilities of this coach are, and if only he didn't have an issue, he might still be the coach of the Celtics right now. Now he's back but with another team. With their new coach and new players, I expect the Rockets to be better now than last season. Will they be clinching the playoffs? I don't think so, but they might reach the play-in tournament... or not. Cheesy

The New York Knicks trying to blow out the San Antonio Spurs in 3rd quarter now. Wemby not shooting well.
I am actually more focused on the game of the Brooklyn Nets versus the LA Clippers. I want to see what Harden can add to their rotation although I am not expecting much because of the lack of chemistry.
The Clippers are down by 3 but I don't think that will be long as Kawhi Leonard is getting his rhythm. Plus, one man down in the Nets team after Cam Thomas got injured stepping on the foot of PJ Tucker so the Clippers might take the W later.
