Yes, until now we don't have any signs of Bull run in this year, but look at the market altcoin prices are increased a little bit when you compared with your previous prices. So it is good to hold them until the price of Bitcoin price should be more than 5000$.
Until now we have not seen any signs of a bull market coming, but this should not make our enthusiasm diminish to continue to look for luck in this forum because not all ico are scams.
Price could be bullish because we are back now to over $4,000 and although there's a small price drop, but it didn't last long.
BTC will definitely have a good year, and so far that's my observation for 3 months now, with this to continue, expect a good price movement all throughout the year and maybe one day, the real bull run will just simply arrive.
$4,000 maybe low for now, but we are still at the first quarter of the year, there's still more to come as long as we will have a dominant uptrend.

I would agree we are in a phase waiting for the dust to settle from all the crap projects, but clear signs of life and quality altcoins are breaking through or becoming distinguished from their phony counterparts. I would expect to see a bull run by the end of 2019... if not early 2020.
In my prediction i think every price altcoin is still down because fail and scam project.A good project lock their token to save a fall price. But its not give effect to make their price is up because too little buyer in market.
Will the altcoin raise again in middle 2019 ?
Predictions can be wrong but seeing the bitcoin movement that has begun to move towards the better has begun to be seen even though it is still not in a big breakthrough, still little by little to lead to becoming better. I agree that in the middle of this year the movement will start to improve and continue to move even better until the end of 2019. i totally agree with that. there is no bull run or there will no bull run in 2019. but bitcoin will come to 5000 slowly with small swings. in 2020 bull will wake up there will be a big bull run with 4x.
I guess people will be happy even if there is no bull run as long as the price will increase. Slowly we are seeing a progress in the market as the dumping nowadays is not so hard, it's not the trend we are witnessing in the last year
and even alts this year can grow, BTC and Altcoins have a small progress and that's good already.

Yes all are expecting for the bull because that is the only time that we can earn a huge profit . bitcoins price is actually at 4k usd but the price did remain stable at this point , i dont think they are dumping it .

If bitcoin climb to 5k usd i think that is already considered a bull run but there's no need to wait for that to happen because even before when the value reach 4k usd , the bull run has already started .

4x ? Wow that seem pretty big but how can you be so sure that it will happen ? Just because you heard of the rumored halving ? oh well , lets wait and see .

People are expecting this year there will be bull run but look at the price of Bitcoin once it crosses the value of 4000$ suddenly people start dumping it. Before increasing its a price the price of Bitcoin should be very stable at one price. But according to the market situation this year we don't see any bull run.

We call that it's trend, whenever it's down, it should not be something we should panic. If we panic we loss, I've proven that many times as I also loss in the past when I was new, but when I matured, I understand the market better.

We don't have to be afraid about that if the bulls are sleeping. The crypto market has a large market that can't be stopped whenever it starts. Bulls aren't sleeping, they are already on their way but it's not for those impatient people.I never thought 2019 would be a year of decline, and I am still sure there will be a bull run in 2019, try not to be too panic or pessimistic this year.
I have thought about it if ever the market won't shape up to the expectation that we've been thinking of. At least this year isn't going to be the same as bad as 2018. It will become better than that. The worst year have passed, we are now welcoming the great year of bitcoin. Bulls are not sleeping they are only waiting for that one perfect moment to get in.
The bull is hear, and indeed that we just need the perfec timing right now and for sure its already awake waiting for us to continue investing. We’ve hit the bottom so i believe there will be no big dumps along the road because it will be more on the pumps now until we reach the price of $10k again. We still have 3 quarters to work for this, it is still possible to welcome bulls.
