The market recovery was stable not because of the good news only because it show a sign that we have reach the bottom, the demand in the market is simultaneously and sooner or later the bull run market may occur if the market didn't pose this attribute recently the bad news is enough to cause down trend market because it easy to spoil something than to build it.

There was a lot of people are shorting coins and that gives more opportunity for them to create more money from the market. But that will be hurting the market, most traders only care about how much they can a profit in a day and that's the only point.

Well no one can say if bull run will end of this year because many people always expect that the price gonna still down at the same time we don't know how to do when the price go down. Either its gonna hold or not.

I believe a bull run is possible but this year, less likely.

Our prediction changes from time to time depending on the price movement, now it seems like the price rally has back down
and once again we are undergoing some correction. Hopefully BTC will not anymore go below $3,500, price is stable at $3,800-$3,900 and it's having a hard time breaking into $4,000. If this is going to be the trend for the rest of the year, I guess we will find stability and it's good for the market.

ok., so what is a definition of a bull?, that it makes new high higher then 2017?, that it broke the upper trendline in USD? or in BTC?, is it 24.5% fibo retracement on weekly chart, or is it 38.6%, or is it 50%, i dont think its 61.8% fibo retracement on weekly start the definition of a bull start,...to me, the bull started after it bottomed, do we know if bottomed, no we dont, can we say that some did bottom. sure we can. we can say the alts bottom, i dont think LTC or EOS or ETH will go below their all time lows recently, so if they dont go down, they go either sideway or up, if they go either sideway or up, with little chance of going down, the bull has started for them. even if they drop for 20 or 30%, it still means bull started.

i agree with you. there will no bull run as 2017 in 2019. conditions were so different with 2017 and 2019. there must be really huge new investor for the big pump in this year. but currently everyone afraids from this cryptomarket.

I don't think anyone will know when bears leave the market because the cryptocurrency price movements depend on the interaction of buyers and sellers and from the influence of the cryptocurrency news, so all you have to do is wait until the bear market signal really leaves.
