There are definitely not enough buyers to talk about the beginning of the bull run. Investors are still too scared. The good thing is that there are not many sellers, so if will come more good informations, soon the prices can start to grow.

in some way you are right but the unexpected time will be the needed time for a bull Run because if it comes in all time then the hype cryptocurrency will be reduced from the investors so I think the end of the Year will be more perfect for a bull Run.

2019 just started you never can tell what will happen in future, this is crypto world where the unexpected do happen, don't be surprise if bitcoin pump up to $17,000 before year end, on a good note I think the bear market will soon be over and the bull we all expecting will show up

Altcoins will possibly rise up. This is cryptocurrency, after all with the volatile market. It means that if we are having a longest bearish time then there would be a big bounce up. Whether it will happen at the mid-year or before the end of the year it will go back to it's highest peak of price.

Whether it is gonna go beyond the bull market expectation or not, from my understanding the bull trend is being blocked by whales who have got the potential to manipulate the market. Maybe this will get out of the resistance level making a large scale price move towards $5000 or even higher as whales cannot stop the market trend beyond certain point.

They are good at that, they know how to manipulate the market and therefore we should know that they are manipulating it in order for us to make a good strategy to still have it on our advantage. As we can see, the price is going sideways, that volatility gives us a good chance to buy and sell and take profit.

I know most of investors are for long term but maybe we can try to experiment in this market now and learn to make money through short term trading.

probably you are correct in most of the time the thought was came to us still it was not happening to any other currencies so Bull Run is very important at this time to give a confident for investors but till now it will not happen will be a huge confusions for all of us

If you're looking for short term analysis, then definitely we can say that there will be no bullish signal whatsoever. But if you're going to look at let's say in the next 6-12 months, then obviously a lot of things can happen and we may say that at least there could be one positive news that will turn this market around.

The problem is that people or casual investors wanted to see a dramatic turn. Like seeing the price goes to $3k-$20k is short amount of time. It's not possible and we don't want that to happen because that will be another bubble waiting to be burst. And if that happens, then we will return back into another bearish cycle. Let the market make its organic course and I'm sure we will going to enjoy the ride in the next year or so.

Agree, although the start and market situation in the first months of 2019 seems to be quite bad and not as expected of us but that's still not the end of crypto and the market, time is still very long, bull run still has many opportunities to appear and create surprises for us. However, we should also remember that bull run is good but it needs a condition that we have a large enough accumulation and correct choice, so, quickly complete this preparation, instead of sitting here and thinking about the time the bull run will come

I disagree that alts are down because they are failures or scams. They are just subject to the same overall sentiment as the whole market. The smaller the coin, in general the worse the price drop. We can see this even at the top, where BTC has fallen much less than ETH.
I do think we'll see a recovery this year, but probably not to the late 2017 levels.

Not all is a scam its your choice to pick what are those. Legitimate and working on possible future projects. Honestly i cannot predict the altcoin for the half year but for this month and another one month again might be good for them to recover in this bottom before going down again as well with bitcoin.
