Personally I will say there is no reason for anyone to conclude whether there is a bull run in this year 2019 or not, because we are only in the of this year, so what I think is as the year progresses there will some bull run which may not be to strong, but at least there will be a bull run. How ever, this is just my personal opinion anyway.
2019 is not for the bull run but for the constant and steady development of the crypto infrastructure. the result will come years later.
In my prediction i think every price altcoin is still down because fail and scam project.A good project lock their token to save a fall price. But its not give effect to make their price is up because too little buyer in market.

You just can't blame only the fail/scam projects. In fact those project does not have much affect on the price of bitcoin or other crypto currencies (unless the project has taken huge lump of coins from investors and ran away while dumping the coins). There are various other reasons why the prices are not rising currently. No one knows if the altcoin will rise again in the middle of 2019. You will just need to have faith on the coins and wait long enough to see what happens. Will the altcoin raise again in middle 2019 ?
With the same probability we can say that the growth of altcoins will be in September or December 2019. You can name any date, as in the opinion of TS to argue why this happens is not necessary.
I think your title is corrected, maybe we will not see a bull run this year, but maybe we will have small grows and the price of bitcoin will be 10k after medium term, but this can't be considered a bull run in my opinion.
Well, sometimes prices may reflect the value of something, but other times they may not reflect! So do not think the altcoins are failing in that sense, there are cool things going on and the bigger problem is in people who are learning to actually add value to what should add value! I gave up waiting for the Bull Run, whether it comes or not, I do not care anymore! I gave up thinking only about speculation, prices and valuations, which creates anxiety and fear! I'm focused on cadia interacting more and learning about cryptography and its benefits to society!

The sleeping bull is fine, but the dead bull is not. Lets hope that the bull is sleeping and is not actually dead. Because if it is dead then it won't come ever and there will be lot of problems for the bounty hunters.
I think the bull run will start soon. see the market has been green for a few days. this might be one sign for an upcoming pump. I know we have felt the bear market very long, so maybe there are some Whales who want to make a profit. so I believe bull run doesn't sleep,

Am afraid, it looks like you may be correct. There is certainly no indication to the fact that there will be a bull run this year. However, its still early to really have a conclusion to that effect. It could turn out to be an amazing year if the right implementations are made with some of the expectations already pointing to that. The industry needs more funds coming in and with the recent news about JP Morgan floating its own crypto coin, it could just be the news that drives in the investments that we have been waiting for.
I think the bull start will start by the end of 2019.

there is no guarantee about the price to go up this year. its a slow climb unlike last 2017 but there are signs that something is going to happen later that can change this situation again. more and more projects recognized to be useful in the real world. news on tv coming out about coins, exchanges developed and games in blockchain being played. this is paving the way for the future.
IMO, bull run will come eventually, the market won’t stay low all the times. We just have to have more patience.

just optimistic friends, there must be a time when altcoin will come back green, and there will be more investors.
Good bull run already passed in two years ago. But last year not come bull run like 2017 end of year. But lot of cryptocurrency experts are say next year wil be come big bull run again. Because we can't predic or handle market some times this year also may be come new bull run again.

The price will rise only when bitcoin change bearish trend to bullish. My opinion is that the market will grow but not quickly and smoothly. If you look at the price chart, we saw that the market collapsed, but you can see where it started and what was achieved. Look closely and you will understand that bitcoin is growing.
