You are right the bull is sleeping and it's been sleeping for several months now, this is the longest bear we've had and it's counting I am just afraid that it might take a year and we are going to lose everything, especially those who bought Bitcoin when it was on it's all-time high.

Perheps you have right, but it all depends on the circumstances and events that will take place in the coming weeks. For me I cannot see any bull run soon, maybe a slow movements from recovering in this bear market and it will take 1-2 years from the recovery in this dilemma in our crypto investments, we need patience for now to survive like we did in the last years before 2017 bull run.

for the beginning of the month of 2019 the altcoin price does not yet have a sign of rising, but I strongly believe that the increase will occur in mid-2019.
This is maybe the result of 2018 failure of the market. If bitcoin does not shows any movement so does the altcoin too, because the sign of the rising market is the bitcoin's price. I guess the market will soar on the mid year as that time will be the building of expectation to the market towards the end of the year. Bull isn't sleeping, its preparing.
