That's true, I agreed on it actually, this is the saddest things happens to holders of altcoins. We still don't know yet when does bull run
be happen just like what on 2017. Although, we believed and also know that Bull run will rise again but the problem is we do not know when?
That's the reality fact, which we need to accept, it means day trading still the main tool for us to earn daily.

I agree that growth will not be possible in 2019, everything goes to the fact that most likely normal growth will be in 2020, I certainly can be mistaken, but now there are no signs for the beginning of growth, maybe in a couple of months something will change.

I think the bull run is not just dependent on ETF , see the market now that the conditions have started to rise, it has been proven that the bull run has come but not fully, just waiting time for the altcoin price to rise high

If ETF started, bull run will start. ETF bring a large amount of money to bitcoin transaction and i think its affecting to bitcoin price. Current market condition can not call as bull run because market cap still below $150billion

I predict the price action according to history price and technical analysis, in my opinion we are already in the bottomed and now crypto market just sleeping for while and then will wake up for bullish again. In Q2 or Q3 the big probability crypto will start rally again.

I can't see a bull run happening early on this year, if it does start, I think it might happen nearer the end of this year or in 2020 before the Bitcoin halving starts. Of course, there will be some pumping and dumping and there will be some coins that will moon and good chances to take some profit, but I think the next bull run will be a slow and steady organic climb. I doubt it will happen as it did so fast and furiously like in the previous bull party. Too many people wisened up by not taking profits in 2018, so now they will dump at any time they see a nice price rise, so a bull run will take a lot more effort next time and will need a lot more mainstream and institutional investors to come into lift this slump in the markets.

Even it would not went that high, but gaining more rise will bring the bull to wake up, steady flat would boring the investors so some small
pumped will help them to chase up and start placing their money again, big news that will be executed well will also influence the market
movement.

Stay goal oriented and keep being positive, tools we need to achieved while waiting for the awaken bull.

That is not just the reason why bull market is not ahead, I guess we are also subjected to this crisis, as we are selling our profit right ahead without thinking how to utilize it properly.

It's hard to predict, when bull will wake up with full power, which will be enough for next uptrend. But now is a local flat and some altcoins growing well.
