More like it's close to being a reality. Both smb and Ginebra have a deep rotation when it comes to locals so looking forward to next conference which is all Filipino, it most likely an SMB sister teams that going for the finals.

I am not excited to watch sister teams fight it on Finals. In some way, there will be letting up to let the series reach game 7. It is way better to watch non-sister teams duke it out on a Finals series, specially if it is all Filipino. The fight is more intense that way. Just my opinion.

I think there is no need to lock or create another thread because even if the PBA is on vacation, there are things that may be posted/discuss here like trading of players. I think there are movements on some of the big names to other teams next season like Cstand and Slaughter. But still it's up to OP if he want to temporarily lock the thread.

I'm thankful that I didn't bet on that Game 5 for Meralco Bolts since I am just planning if Meralco Bolts won the Game 5, that's the time I will betting on Game 6 for Meralco Bolts, but suddenly it' sover now.

Now its time for the Beermen to defend their crown on the All-Filipino Conference.

They are dominating the All-Filipino Cup and winning the last 5 titles on that conference. With their current roster right now, I think they can dominate the league but as they always say "The ball is round". Anything can happen in the court Cheesy

. Classic match-ups if the SMB and GSM will face on the finals of All Filipino but it is very early to predict right now.

Anyway congrats to Ginebra for winning the title but it would be much harder for them to win if Almazan didn't get an injury for sure. He is a big piece on their team and his injury affected the whole team but anyway it is over already. I hope that he will be ok for the All-Filipino Cup.

That would be classic to watch again, Fajardo vs Greg would be a great match up to watch, and Japeth is something to watch out also as he has improve a lot already. maybe we will be able to witness them play in the Philippine Arena as it did not happen in this series.

same thoughts here mate,because all i can see from the beginning of the game the dedication and skills Meralco has showing us and all i thought that they will extend the series to game 6 or even 7,i have no doubt from first to second quarter that the game is for them.

not until 3rd quarter comes and this is not the way i see this game will end,leading 12 points against Meralco bolts.

Japet again show how dominant he can be when the team needed him most.

Ginebra are so amazing as a team, and I saw a lot of dunks from Aguilar in this game because they are dominating the inside due to the absence of Almazan. Aguilar is the top scorer of the team and he might also win the Finals MVP award.

And yes he does get that MVP award, what a performance he got there. As I've heard on the anchor he really gets fine and matured as a player, way more to go for more championship IMO. My question right now is "will their veteran Mark Caguioa announced his retirement after this season"?

Gin kings finished the series what a big comeback and sealed the game, All the players inside the court really contributes and makes
things possible to their journey for this title. Congrats Ka-Babs time to celebrate now.

looks like you will get this bet,because Meralco is consistently defending their Lead ,and dont even want to give a deadlock for Ginebra.leading 11 in first quarter this is the first time in this game 5 championship that they make this High lead.

that's what i exactly mean mate,because though Almazan plays in Game 4 but he cant act as what he did in the past,it seems that he is only forcing to play while the truth is his power is not enough because he is much concern about the injury he got from previous game and he will not risk his whole career just for this game,this is only 1 championship and he has many more to come in the future,Bolts might missed this one but will surely do in the next to come.
