Probably after the FIBA, if they will exit early then the PBA will resume soon.
Keep track of the schedule in their official website, https://www.pba.ph.... as of today, there was no written schedule and you will just see in the schedule a a message "STAY TUNE FOR MORE GAMES SCHEDULE".

Whatever the result of PH run in FIBA, PBA will resume next month (if I'm not mistaken Sept.22)for the final conference this season, the Governors Cup. However, since FIBA's final game will be on September 15, it can't affect the PBA's opening schedule.

There will be lots of changes in the team's import due to the height limit. One of the notable examples is, we won't see Terrence Jones in action next conference for TNT but he will be replaced by a former NBA Houston Rockets too like TJ.

Well, since all bets are settled, we can resume discussing this league next month.

You are right harizen , I just saw the countdown now when I visited the site, and it says here, 30 days and 4 hours.

https://www.pba.ph/

We have one month to save our bankroll for the upcoming conference, I hope you will have a profitable conference.

Well Arwind Santos got what he deserves. So it's better if we will not fire up the issue again. But, the lesson is learned that racism does not have a room in Philippine Basketball Association. Wala eh, hambog eh.
This shows how the PBA association valued the imports and act directly when sanction is necessary.
By the way, do we have a news regarding Calvin Abueva? I miss this guy, he was suspended because he hit jones, I can't remember if he was also penalize monetarily with that, but I just hope Calvin will apologize to Jones and to the PBA organization so he can play soon, his team really needs him badly.

Wait again for my tempting deal next conference finals (or maybe will start at quarterfinals). Smiley THANKS.

Acknowledging receipt of your payment, thanks. I will closely watch your offer this quarterfinals of the PBA Governor's Cup Smiley.

I think since the game has been ended, maybe this thread must be locked too?
This will be locked and OP might open a thread when the quarterfinals of the PBA next conference starts. I think discussion regarding PBA games deserves a spot on this section since there are many PBA fanatics/bettors are visiting this forum.
I think not just in quarter finals but from the start of the conference,we should lock this now and when the next conference begin we must have same thread like NBA because we can have a bettings in any chances not only in championship.
I have missed the party this series but will be ready on the next since the gamblers here are now growing.

The gesture of arwind earlier on that game approaching Jones maybe he was apologizing gaining shares on social media but Jones as shown on the video rejected arwind's approach, sometimes players has a bad side but the good thing is they are able to admit it.
I saw that video too. Some TNT fans saw that as "plastic" or insincere apology. It's funny how Jones just ignored it haha. I was not expecting TJ to be that dramatic after how he taunted Santos and arrogantly laughed in the previous games. Seriously, the man needs to build a tougher skin.
Just have checked the video now,and your right that’s a Plastic apology..hope never like this will happen again

Edit:
Romeo is the finals MVP
I'm not bitter or whatsoever but for me Romeo will never ever reach that spot if he didn't moved into SMB. If we compare this scenario to NBA, it was like KD moving to GSW Roll Eyes. Well, I know that everything was fair because for sure he also sacrificed a lot of time and effort to attain the MVP title. However, I (probably some of you as well) still can't get rid of my mind the idea that he only just used the strength of SMB — "dikit sa malakas" as we say Grin. Anyway, congrats to SMB once again ans also to the winning bettors!

He just used his brain wisely knowing that staying with his former team won't give him any title, it's about time for him to reach out and find more achievements and not to be stuck as a one man gang, the move that he made is everybody's decisions too, every players desired to win the titles, and giving the privilege it's a wise moved to accept the offer not even be compared to anything but the chance to play and win is much important.
Romeo is now a team player. He really improves well in every game. Yes, he would not be a champion without joining a strong team like SMB because basketball is not a 1 v 5. It is a 5 v 5 game and every player needs a contribution. In globalport, Pringle and Romeo are two solo players, they can't actually make a nice play unlike with SMB. Look how Romeo changes it right now, he just telling that he can make championship with his own hand (because he is an MVP though there are JMF, CS and AC on the court, which are scorer).
He don't need to tell more about his ability, he already did it.

Apology has been accepted but we can see the damage has been done. We see Jones is not on his usual self and thus the SMB took advantage on it. Psychologically Jones did not recover the humiliation Arwind has done that's the reason why TNT did not recover their plays.
What Arwind did is really humiliating Jones. I know that the only intention of Arwind is only mind games but what he did is below the belt and we can see how Jones played in the Game 6. One thing more is the shooters of TNT didn't play well on the game and the defense of SMB is just amazing. I expected a Game 7 but it didn't happen but as a SMB fan, I'm happy that they got the championship in the Commissioners Cup.

I think since the game has been ended, maybe this thread must be locked too?

MAYbe because they don’t respect pinoy at all, that’s is why they felt so hard when being insulted by Filipinos ..but I have just saw the reaction in social media about that “Apology Drama”by Arwind and it seems that it’s true there’s a plastic intentions and no sincerity at all
It's hard on our part to distinguish if the apology of Santos is sincere or not, the important thing is he have issued an apology and that alone is not easy to make.

Congrats to SMB fans out here, be ready to cheers for them so they can achieve that championship trophy in the Governor's Cup for the grand slam.

Even tho, that is how the Philippine basketball works where a lot of taunting and physical contacts. What Erwin did really isn't good, what he said is true that he was just trying to win the game but then again it isn't right and ethical. I just wonder tho if Jones are going to react the same way when it's the TNT who have won the game?

Congrats to all who voted for SMB this current season

I wasn't able to watch their final game but from the looks of it and based on what you guys posted here, it seemed like there was some kind of clash between players. I think this 'clash' really do happens inside the court. Some last long but some are resolved as soon as possible by both parties. I just hope that in this situation, it's the latter.

Anyway, I'm so glad that SMB won. They were my bet since they entered the finals (and GSM didn't). So congratulations to all the bettors on SMB as well as to Romeo for being the finals' MVP!

It's quite a bitter comment the way I read it. You made it sound like he forced his way to SMB just to win a championship and become a finals MVP but the fact is that he didn't choose to be there (he was traded as pointed out in the above comments). How do you even know for sure that he'll never be a champion and an MVP had he not been traded to SMB?

And Arwind is not saying sorry about this,as he had posted in his social media that if Jones wasn’t a monkey there’s no need to be insulted so only the 200k is spent here but not the apology from santos
He did not do it initially but he apologized later on through a twitter video https://twitter.com/arwindsotnas/status/1161916928778100736 (got this from earlier comments). I am not sure if he was forced to do that but it doesn't matter to me.

Oh I missed that one but what he says in video is different from his post in Facebook so there’s a confusion but anyway the Game has finally ended and the season had already proclaimed the winner
What I hope is next time Arwind be man enough for treating everyone as human.and insult is not part of being sportsmanship.lets move on and wait till what happens in the next conference

No, Romeo did not request for a trade, it was TNT who traded him in exchange for Brian Heruela, David Semerad and a 2021 first round picks.
It's all written here https://www.rappler.com/sports/by-sport/basketball/pba/219036-terrence-romeo-traded-to-san-miguel

He was a real valuable player, the first trade was requested by him when he was still with the Global Port.
Quote
In exchange for the high-scoring guard, the Batang Pier will be getting Filipino-Tongan big man Moala Tautuaa, a 2020 first-round pick, and a 2021 second-rounder.
