Keep track of the schedule in their official website, https://www.pba.ph.... as of today, there was no written schedule and you will just see in the schedule a a message "STAY TUNE FOR MORE GAMES SCHEDULE".
Whatever the result of PH run in FIBA, PBA will resume next month (if I'm not mistaken Sept.22)for the final conference this season, the Governors Cup. However, since FIBA's final game will be on September 15, it can't affect the PBA's opening schedule.
There will be lots of changes in the team's import due to the height limit. One of the notable examples is, we won't see Terrence Jones in action next conference for TNT but he will be replaced by a former NBA Houston Rockets too like TJ.
Well, since all bets are settled, we can resume discussing this league next month.
You are right harizen , I just saw the countdown now when I visited the site, and it says here, 30 days and 4 hours.

We have one month to save our bankroll for the upcoming conference, I hope you will have a profitable conference.
