Sunday game for the Ginebra fans, they are at it again and I think at this conference if their import is still brownlee, they will have more success.
I'm betting on the Ginebra San Miguel here, and it's a good start for the Alaska aces that's I'm taking them live now.

At 1.37, I think it's a good odds for the Ginebra, might add more live bets when I see some opportunity in this game.
Let's enjoy the last game of the day.  Grin

There's no live streaming in youtube anymore but you can see it in their official site.

Northport is not a new team lol.

They just have a rebranded their team's name.
*Facepalm Yeah you're right mate, my bad Grin. I forgot that they were former Globalport and Columbian Dyip was former Kia. I'm really not getting used to those teams which have not so familiar players that's why I sometimes thought they're new Grin.

96 - 90, RoS won. That was an exciting close match Smiley. Damn, a turnover by Dyip at last 33 secs. of their game snatch their hope to win or to at least extend for an OT. Better luck next time Perez lol.

LMFAO! You're right mate, I noticed the same thing. These new teams seems very strong in the beginning since they are leading on the standings (my best example is Northport last conference Grin) but they are collapsing during the higher rounds.

So what's remain? The Columbia DYIP? They aren't strong last conference. Who're the other new teams as your example?

This looks like a very similar trend in the past conference where the weak teams usually win in the beginning of the conference but they will fail during the elimination round, hopefully this season will be different.
LMFAO! You're right mate, I noticed the same thing. These new teams seems very strong in the beginning since they are leading on the standings (my best example is Northport last conference Grin) but they are collapsing during the higher rounds. So in the end, we see same teams in the quarter finals such as SMB, Ginebra and Magnolia. Probably it happens because of lack of experience compare to those veteran teams. They tend to feel more pressure and still not used to handle crucial situations that's why they fall down. Anyway, they have a good start so far. If they want to us to believe in them then they should step up and prove their worth Smiley.
It's the feeling you get when you are a player but only becomes an audience during the semis or finals  Cheesy They usually want to prove something so bad that they put a lot of effort early in the conference. They ran out of steam eventually and loses in the later rounds. We can't blame them for  that though since they probably don't have a deep roster unlike the bigger teams.

All the underdog won today.

Northport vs Rain or shine - Winner Northport 99-94
Alaska vs Columbian DYIP - Winner Columbian DYIP 117-110

Congratulations to the winners today, I forget to do a parlay, I could have won a good amount in this opening games.
Let's do this again tomorrow, hopefully the winning will continue.

Tomorrow, we have 2 games also. Pulse vs NLEX warriors (1st game) and Bolts vs Hotshots (2nd game).
For more details, check their official site - https://pba.ph/
I didn't bet on the first game but I put all of my funds on North Port and I got my money doubled because of their win Cheesy. I believe that the roster of NP is better compare to ROS although ROS almost made a comeback in the 4th Quarter but wasn't enough.

Today, I'm more excited with the 2nd game. Durham VS. Travis Smiley. Who do you think will win.

Regarding calls, there are a lot of questionable calls in the NBA, we just have to get used to it because this organization can also rig games but that's hard to prove, it's just up to us to decide based on what we see.
You mean PBA? Or you just made a wrong reply?

Anyway I love the first game ,seems like Columbia’s is getting better now

Yes, they move the ball very well and they are willing to shoot without hesitation now, I like the system they showed that they don't rely on one player only. In this game, I saw how CJ Perez improve and showed his maturity in the game, the experience he earned in the FIBA has really help him a lot, I think we already saw a star in the DYIP team now.

Columbian Dyip is a better team now because of Perez's new found confidence and also they had a very good import though he has yet to test his talent against tough opponents like SMB teams and Dyip also have a better/improved players manning the front line.

Nlex is the underdog against Phoenix on tonight's first game, don't know why the put it that way, the Phenom is back Grin, i think Nlex is a better team with Ravena on it's roster (minus the illegal substance of course lol). Might be the third underdog on the bookies to win, let's find out tonight.

I like to see the weaker teams to be the semis or finals this conference, teams like Blackwater and Columbian DYIP are the weakest team in the PBA.
I don’t think that  it was applicable to say that something like what we had in the last conference because games won’t be same as the past .the effort and the effectiveness of players and coaches is changing each play so the scenario of such thing won’t happening again

Anyway I love the first game ,seems like Columbia’s is getting better now

I hope Baclao will recover soon. I am not actually sure what injury he got but if we will base on his body language then probably it was on his right knee. Maybe a dislocation? What do you guys think? Anyway, one thing is for sure, Cahilig had a clear block — it is not an unsportsmanlike foul.

Whatever it is, surely it's a "horror injury".

Here's the update: https://www.spin.ph/basketball/pba/alaska-hopes-for-the-best-as-noy-baclao-suffers-horror-knee-injury-a1413-20190920

It's different from last conference mate. Columbian DYIP started at 0-3 last conference before taking their 1st win. Then after that, they lost 3 in a row making them 1-6 in their first 7 games. That win is a good start for them. On the other hand, Northport sealed 2nd spot to have the twice-to-beat advantage last conference.

But yeah, want to see these teams battling at semi or finals. Not a fan of them but I just want to see how these teams will spoil the SMB teams hype.

NBA?

Anyways, rigging games is possible but seeing how the first set of games (PBA) turned out, I don't see an obvious sided calls there.

110 - 117, Columbian Dyip win. What a nearmiss for Alaska! I thought they still have a chance for winning but unfortunately Tratter miss his 2 frew throw shots making their team even farther from victory. Props for them for not surrendering until the clock stops, what a good attitude Smiley.

I loss my bet, I thought they'll have a run in the 4th quarter, but it's alright, that's life, I will just double my bet in the 2nd game so if I win, I will end up profitable for the night.

Alaska is down double digit, now back to single digit only, I'm thinking of taking alaska ML at 2.75 because I think they can come back and win this game.
It's still too early, they can make this a close game in the 4th quarter and hopefully will have their first game.

81-92 end of 3rd quarter, I hope I did not make a bad decision, Let's go ACES.

Alaska Aces vs Columbian DYIP +6.5
North Port vs Rain or Shine -4.5

What's your pick guys?

30 minutes left before the Alaska Aces vs Columbian DYIP to start. Fair matchup for both teams, but we knew that Alaska lineup was good enough and Columbian should step up for their first game.

Does Calvin Abueva allowed to play for their game today? I heard his playing in other league so I doubt that he got suspended for playing in other league.

Perez is the difference maker. His confidence has been boosted coming from the FIBAWC. Eventhough they lost, Perez's confidence is soaring high and I think it's the key factor for the Columbian dyip to win this game.
Perez after that experienced with FIBA games will be the big difference from this game, they are currently leading in the third quarter and if they can continue holding and playing good, Alaska in the other hand is trying to come back after that back to back rally. There's still plenty of time to bet with live games and choose your pick, good luck.

But anyway, here we are again, we are witnessing the first game of the conference between alaska nd DYIP, it's a close game so far and the underdog has a light lead, let's see if they can upset the Alaska with the new coach, and we will see if the new coach is effective.

Columbian DYIP showing tremendous performance in 3rd quarter.

3rd quarter and 5 minutes remaining:
- Alaska scored atleast 6 points.
- Columbian scored 20 points.

Edit: Alaska managed to score 9 points 9-0 run for their opponent DYIP. What a nice game!

I believe we have a lot of gamblers in the forum who loves Philippines Basketball particularly PBA, that's why I'm bringing this outside the local.

SMB vs TNT - TNT lead the series at 2-1

What do you think about this series, which team is good to bet?

Nice...My cousins's really like and enjoyed watching this game. But the only one team his bet is the team SMB, that's the team i really want too..and that's my bet for this series of game. Coz i think my money cant never loss to them.

Lol, i think you need to review or back read a little bit bro because the series between SMB and TNT was already over a decade ago Grin.

We are now on the first game of the PBA Governor's cup.

Maybe he was talking about the future bet, LOL... I don't know...
